Hotel in perfect Liberty style, clean, not very big room but thought it more luxurious. Nice spa pool, no art or part. Sore note The restaurant: Long waits, hospital food is not very competent staff. Surely we will not return.

A nice hotel with good food and really good service. I had a pleasant stay here over the weekend.

Experience to say the least bad, rude staff who besides giving wrong information, also believes to get away with telling nonsense!
Really shameful and embarrassing, a place like this cannot be a 4 star.
Cleaning women screaming between the room of the facts, they open the room 3 times always screaming, sending me away even if the night before the receptionist had told me that I could stay in the room until noon.
I say to the "responsible" the question and she says that the housekeepers have been doing that job for 20 years and know what to do! I don't think that even she knows she should change her job, she can't speak to the public and she totally ruined my stay with her way of doing it.
Never happened such a thing, to the face of the Grand Hotel. Change the Staff.

It feels like travelling back to the 70:s in a good way. Only with Wi-Fi.

My wife and I stayed on April 20/21/22, 2018, a hotel worthy of the 4 stars, great cleanliness, very kind girls at the reception, we made them cuddling and rested very well.
The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom very comfortable and always well cleaned, the buffet breakfast always full of everything. The well-equipped wellness center to make you spend hours in absolute relaxation.
I would recommend it to friends and relatives, should I still get the chance again.

Exceptional Easter weekend, perfect location, beautiful park and maximum reception of the girls of the reception and restaurant, impeccable organization; I recommend it to those who want to rest and at the same time is looking for a comfortable and welcoming place.

Very friendly staff but the hotel accommodation is certainly not from 4 star. You definitely expect a lot more from a 4 star hotel. We ate in the evenings and quality price was definitely in the disfavour of the quality. We talk about the Baths: lifeguard always present and polite and is a point in favor. Much less as regards the thinking of being pampered by a 4 star establishment. A simple pool with some jet. While very small the area used for sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room where from a 4 star over a herbal tea there was expected at least one fruit. So in the final not satisfied.

There isn't to say for the rooms, unfortunately the service really sucks, and at the reception point they don't give you any information you need. Being a 4 star, we have not received a service from 2 stars, and nn talk about coca Cola not available. Ah Yes, the staff slept on their feet.
And then the supplement of 10 euros for not having eaten the Easter lunch in the hotel (to 30 euros per person).

Pro: Spacious and bright room (of prestige type), the bathroom has been recently refurbished and can be seen. The location of the hotel is very comfortable and the environment is certainly pleasant being inside a large park and therefore providing the opportunity to stroll around and look a little bit. Excellent spa throughout and with it also the thermal pool. Very nice staff
Cons: The pillows provided were very hard so very uncomfortable. The walls covered by the room's wall paper were ruined. The cleanliness in general especially in the hallways was a bit neglected. The breakfast did not have so much choice of food to be able to eat and some of them (eg brioche) I found them a little poor.
All in all a nice place, but not a 4 star hotel.

We went (couple) to the spa of Riolo looking for a spa center. We start from the price: Afternoon entrance 30 Euro per head (valid from 13.30 to 18), having a coupon we paid half.
The whole price is quite high, so you would expect a service to the height, unfortunately it was not so.
We start from the changing rooms: old and with just enough cleaning, several lockers with locks not working, few showers (only 3 for the men part and not very clean).
The thermal part is divided into 2: In the first one there is a large swimming pool with hot water (with some water jet passed off for hydromassage) combined with vascular path for the legs (hot + cold) and deckchairs by the pool.
In the second part (on the lower floor, to reach it is necessary to cross the atrium, much colder) you will find Turkish bath, sauna, some showers and a relax area, not very large, overall acceptable but nothing of that. Heating can be improved.
In General The feeling is that of a structure tending to the old and managed to good, with details from the public pool unpretentious (the locker room especially), but from the price paid you would expect much more.
Staff all in all courteous.
In a word: disappointing.

Refined environment but not exaggerated, professional staff and very nice, great cuisine all in the amazing park of the Baths of Riolo!

We had a beautiful weekend between relaxation and well-being between friends between great cuisine thanks to the skill of chef Ciro who has delicious us of his culinary goodness. We. Definitely.
