Beautiful hotel. Private beach is top. Very nice and friendly staff. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, the dinner was not as expected. We didn't like it. Still a great hotel.

We were greeted very kindly by the staff. Environment very nice in every detail and refined. The beach is very charming where you can really relax… a special thanks to Marco! I recommend this resort to anyone who appreciates beautiful things!

A great shame that this once lovely, classic hotel has become part of a bland chain. Our stay coincided with a car launch and a gym equipment convention! The entire place was dominated by branding everywhere (e. G. A SUV on a plinth in the middle of the garden! ), loud cheesy music and drunk men — something they deliberately didn't flag when we booked. We felt sorry for the kind, hospitable staff, who were embarrassed by the way their corporate bosses have sold the place out. The food is decent, although a long way from its past standards, but the waiters so nice you wanted it to be delicious. The bedroom was gloomy and barren, everything from the fridge and mirror to the curtains broken. Perhaps one day a new owner will return it to its former status, until then — AVOID!

Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant however was very disorganized: very long waits. When I asked for explanations I was told that the staff was not fully booked.

A hotel for everyone; For young people who want fun located near Cetro and also the private beach. A hotel also for family with children I recommend it since they have a nice garden where you can play and make a nice birthday. 9 + cleaning Service. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

There are never entry but it is imposing outside.

Five star treatment, all the way! Great service from all staff members. Nice clean room, generous breakfast buffé and a pool area perfect for relaxing.

Third visit here, food 5*, rooms excellent, service 5* fantastic beach club pool and tennis facilities well above 5* the resort itself is a pleasure packed with excellent shops and restaurants.

More interns than employees. All 18-19 years and working late at night. While wanting to fail to offer a 5 star service for which I have been handsomely paid! The management has washed his hands saying it is not their fault. Bah absurd I will not stay there again.

Check-in not yet available at 16, 30, arrival at 2pm, 00, what rated, kitchen and wine questionable, shower spout leaking, result flooding of the bathroom. A star is already given.

The standard was set by the amazing receptionist team from the moment I arrived till the moment I departed. World class hospitality with a gorgeous smile.

Excellent interior and exterior design. The pool is large and decent, but needs refurbishing. The restaurant is overrated but the service is decent. If you're looking to rest in style, this is a good choice.

We stayed for 10 days and had a very relaxing holiday. The service was not as good as sister hotel The Palace but then it is considerably cheaper. |We stayed in a junior suite in the new wing and the room was very minimalistic which looked great but storage was very poor so we left many things in cases or on the floor! The beach is fantastic with individual cabanas for all and a restaurant for lunch serving excellent food. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it but next time we will spend a bit more and stay at The Palace.
