Great hotel, stylish, functional (in the room there are USB sockets to charge mobile phones and tablets), clean, quiet. With two steps you are in the park, with four steps you are in the city center.

The overall quality is very high, especially the value for money (in the case of the tariff applied to us), it is excellent. Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast good and full. The only note, (for me of no small matter), the lack of an automatic espresso machine, as present in many hotels of the same category. The quality of the American coffee present in the jugs leaves something to be desired.

Quiet excellent hotel with a very good restaurant. If you are not very mobile take into account that you will have to take a taxi (or bicycle) to the center of the town for sightseeing and variety of restaurants.

They invite you not to go from booking but to call them directly. I booked a double room for two people paying in advance only not having entered the second person's name I objected to the fact that for them you could not accept a person who does not result in booking. Never again! The excuse was if he wants to rebook from the site paying the same amount to pay twice if not charge a supplement for the person and I recommend to call our number we can do even better than booking!

The staff is nice and friendly, well beyond expectations and always ready to meet the thousand requests to which they are subject. Food of excellent quality and fast service. The room was very clean Unique Neo, carpet and wallpaper that give the room a characteristic smell of old…

It is a strategically located hotel, behind the park of Parma and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Scenographic to be seen externally, inside there is a style a little ' retro that is also found in the furnishing of the rooms. Comfortable the bed and comfortable the room; The gym is reached after a somewhat winding route and is not well marked: The space is wide but not equipped with a great variety of tools and weights. Breakfast is served in a large room; Wide is the choice of food at breakfast, although it could be more varied (I found no visible indications on products for intolerant). Service to the height and friendly staff.

Terrible walls for everyone that has allergies. Room was staining to food from the kitchen at night, bathrooms outdated and breakfast limited.

One night stay at the property. Double room, double bed. Comfortable and large room maybe a bit too old-fashioned (in the sense that the furnishings are a bit old). Overall the facility has great potential. Another downside was the breakfast: Hot cappuccino and with too much coffee and croissants with too much butter. A renovation could do to the hotel's case.

Interesting big hotel in Parma Center practically in front of the station FS.
Very classic appearance rich in dark wood and art Deco bronzes with some pretty spicy picture hanging on the walls of the bar. Large spaces for meetings and congresses in different rooms. Bar not big and not very stocked. Kitchen from Big Conference hotel. Ample parking and good accessibility but hotel exit from on Inconvenient Avenue with road traffic. Also good for city visit.

Free western style breakfast, nice lounge/bar area, open meeting area, rooms are good but is a throw back to the 70's. Convenient location. Within walking distance to city center. One major downfall, poor Internet. I used this hotel as a mobile office and it was difficult to stream video or voice over Internet. Internet connectivity was good for sending email and data but that was about all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent impression on arrival. Luxurious hotel, elegant deco style. I enjoyed the transparent vases with the white orchids. Very friendly and professional staff. The waiters during the breakfasts went the extra mile to ensure impeccable service especially the maître. A pleasant surprise on Easter Day: a Columbine. The room a big triple and comfortable even for three. The perfect mattresses. Perfect cleaning. Excellent value for/prezzo. It is about a ten minute walk from the centre of Parma. You can easily pass by the rear exit leading directly from the park. Improveable aspects: The bathroom — there was no ventilation, the bathtub is outdated better than the shower, and the mobile showerhead has the hose too short. Wi-Fi — problems for reception.

I stayed in the Vs Hotel on the weekend of March 24/25. Great location, you get to walk downtown in a few minutes. Very comfortable and functional parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and comfortable rooms, great high mattresses and pillows. Great breakfast Only small problem with the shower tub that, when it was raised, blocked the delivery of hot water and came out cold. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. I will definitely go back to the next trip to Parma and recommend it.

Excellent hotel, very beautiful, clean, with large bedroom and bathroom. Well located with a supermarket just on the other side of the road where you can by recharging cards for your mobile phone. Staff very efficient and helpfull.

Hotel from the convenient parking and in the center, bordering the ducal park where to take walks or jogging. Ample parking but weak mobile cell signal. Structure positioned well in Oltretorrente. In the evening the area is not really the top. For work it's perfect.

4-Star Hotel, you deserve all. Cleanliness, friendliness, kindness, the key words. Excellent Location for the proximity to the center (you can walk through a walkway in a few minutes). Restaurant inside Eataly signed. I highly recommend it.

Good breakfast A living room that makes me feel a princess. Then under Christmas it is all charming and well decked out. Not pompous but very elegant.

A good hotel, with retro architecture, comfortable interiors, the rooms a little girls and the beds too close together, the bathroom (sanitary) allows privacy but the shower splashes too much towards the floor. Perfect breakfast. The staff speaks English, French and German but they lack Spanish. Like all over Italy the hotels have a lousy Wi-Fi service and computer for the passengers. It has a good location.

Definitely a pleasant stay and attention and care to details even more accentuated than other starhotels stays in other cities!

Hotel where it is always pleasant to stay for the reception and care certainly determined by the management of the structure. Appreciated the progressive interventions and improvements. On the last occasion the Christmas atmosphere and the wonderful evening (very appreciated) are the tangible sign of care and attention towards their customers and "friendly" people. I was a guest 4 evenings since I attend a master's course in your facility. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable I was very satisfied.

For all the Parmigiani this is the ex Baglioni. Hotel close to the center with parking possibility also in the supermarket in front (to avoid spending the 10 Euro daily parking). Impressive entrance with wonderful reception and waiting room. Staff The breakfast I dare say wonderful and also the restaurant you know defend well. The rooms are quite spacious and in case there is something pleasant in them the staff is very ready to remedy as soon as possible to answer every request. Only note to emphasize is the actual age of this hotel. Cared for but still sometimes shows her years with small imperfections. I highly recommend it.

I stayed 2 nights for work, the room had to be a double but we were given a double so I shared the bed with a colleague. The room was unequipped with the courtesy set, the shower having the short glass flooded the bathroom to the entrance. Very helpful staff Pretty good restaurant, comfy bed.

It is an excellent hotel the rooms very comfortable and with a location very close to the historic center.

I spend 4 nights there on a business trip. Two days were without Wi-Fi and two days were with an extremely slow, and therefore almost useless, Wi-Fi. My dinner was paid but the restaurant is so bad that I ate elsewhere on ny own expense. Due to the lack of plugs in my room I had to charge my laptop in the bathroom. One of the bedlamps was not working. It is an awfull hotel and I hope I never have to stay there again. I have been in one star pensions, which is better than this so called 4 star hotel. I am forced to give the hotel one star. I will give it because it was not raining through the roof. On the other hand, the weather was fine durring my whole stay.

A good (if a bit dated) hotel, good price and decent location — easy enough to walk to central Parma (about 15 minutes across the park), so no ZTL charges if you're driving. You won't want to spend much time in the rooms, but Parma is lovely so there's plenty to do.

Great hotel, nice big rooms, super friendly for kids and charming staff. One downside was that the Internet was slow.

Great hotel. Gas a feeling of the past without being outdated. Good breakfast. Very very polite staff. Great location. Clean. Only downside was, no iron and ironing board in room. You are charged for that service and someone comes in the room and does it for you. Has to be ore-arranged and can take up to an hour. Apart from that I'd say it's great place to stay, and has a wonderful lobby.

We love it! We had the most beautiful room, with nice view, big bathroom and exellent service! When we get back in Parma we'll stay here again! Thank you guys! :)

The hotel is pleasant to view, both outside and inside. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The furniture is not brand new but very well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good cleaning. Breakfast quite varied. Acceptable distance from the centre by cutting from the ducal park. Very positive experience.

A clean, well maintained hotel with a sense of aged elegance. The rooms are good, comfortable and have what you need for a stay. There's no electronic locks, back to the good old key which was great to see as it meant little had been done to force an unnecessary modern change on to an old but excellent hotel. The beds are firm, though I found this absolutely fine and I slept well. I was here for 2 nights and had dinner at the restaurant once. The food was good (cured meats, of course, followed by pasta) and the wine excellent. The Parma ham was amazing. The staff were attentive and polite which made the stay better.

I can't give even a 1 star for this one. After two days we had a bill of 12€ for using INTERNET. What had happen to the free Wifi? The food was awful. I think the Chef is learning how to cook. Only the breakfast was good. There was only one person of the staff was good. As a 4 star hotel, they didn't have much. My advice is Not to waste money on a hotel like this. There are other hotels, obviously!

So bad they claim free Internet but actually you connect 10 seconds and disconnect 5 min and so on. What is bad when you complain they tell yes we know it's bad. They changed three rooms for me but still service socks.

Great value for money. Spacious and well insulated (certainly one of the rooms, a little less outward). Breakfast with good choice. Staff very friendly though — especially at breakfast — a little "rare" (you have to wait to find someone who brings the coffee/cappuccino from bar).
Wi-Fi is free but bit slow … in case of need there is a "premium" version that I didn't try.
Still worth the 4 stars.

Surprisingly beautiful interior, great restaurant, comfortable bar. Helpful staff. Some what weird Wi-Fi. Good spot from which to visit Parma and surroundings.

The hotel is great, it offers all the necessary facilities for a pleasurable stay, the breakfast was also nice, really enjoyed it! Next door to the park where you can go for a stroll or pass through to get to the city centre! A bit expensive though.

How can a hotel of this level in a town which has a major Foodshow possibly not have its aircon switched on until May sometime and only allow two Wi-Fi devices per room. Nice staff who are defensive when questioned. Get into the 21st century.

It's the second time going back and having more time I could enjoy kinda this hotel which is really a sight. There is still some reference to elements of older style hotel but well maintained.
Also the staff is to be commended by all lovely polite and smiling.
If you are in Parma a few days recommend.

They say that they have free Wi-Fi but its fake, olny one hour for free. In 2014 the hotel wants to charge more for internet? The problem is that you arrive here from other country and has to loose hours trying to pay a shit of 4€ to use internet, really bad experience.

Don't look any further. You've discovered the best hotel possible to start for a walk in one of the most beautiful town centers of Italy.

At first glance, the facilities seem pretty nice, but it all fades away pretty quickly. The parking is in a scary under-hotel area, with an impossible-to-find elevator to the lobby. I had to park the car, walk to the lobby, and take the elevator down to even find where it came out. The room is reasonably nice, although our "superior" room has an old fashioned tube-tv. The bathroom is quite nice though. Worst of all though is the very awkward, and unreliable, and expensive internet. The website seems to indicate that you get free internet, but actually, you get free 30 minutes of internet, in the lobby. We made a bit of a fuss, and did get an "upgrade" which gave us free internet for ONE of our devices. We ended up paying for internet on one computer, and the phones did without. They were nice enough to offer that solution, but given what we thought we were getting (and they acknowledged that everyone seems to think that when they book here) they didn't really *fix* the problem to our satisfaction. The level of frustration with the internet issue colored everything else.

Excellent location, only 15 minutes with the bus from "Fiere di Parma" and 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. The historic part of Parma can be reached through the "Parco Ducale" located just behind the hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The main disadvantage would be a very expensive internet from the standard rooms. Daily rate is approx. 11, 00 €.
