B&B Opera

Massimo is an extremely welcoming host and very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring Parma, walking out the door onto a picture perfect street, right next to the main sights. Also 10 minutes walk to the train station if you are travelling around. The rooms are simple but plenty of room for luggage, nice and quiet we had a lovely private balcony to sit on. There are breakfast items readily available and it is great to be able to help yourself to filtered water, juice and tea and coffee whenever you want.

I can't stay enough about the Opera B & B. Mossimo, the owner, is the ultimate host and gentlemen. His recommendations for sights and restaurants were impeccable. He went so far as to purchase bus tickets for us. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are very very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong. There is a comon area with coffee. Tea, snacks, and juice avaialble 24/7. Your breakfast is avaialble at the little cafe next door. We really liked this because there were no time limits on when you had to eat. The cappucino was fantastic and the croissants were flaky and delicious. The location is right in the heart of Parma. Lots to do, see, and eat right outside yoor door. We'd 100% stay here again.

Exceptional B&B. Really clean and tidy location, in the central area convenient for visiting the city. Francesca and Roberto are 2 exceptional hosts, excellent Their advice and their welcome. Really highly recommended for a stay.

Just spent almost 2 weeks at Opera BB in Parma. Roberto and Francesca were amazing hosts, taking care of everything during my stay. Rooms are sparkling clean and maintained daily to perfection! Breakfast was ready promptly every morning at 8AM. While drinks, coffee, fruit available as needed all the time. Awesome, safe location and walking distance to Train station for easy access to other local towns. Highly recommend Opera BB and thanks so much to Roberto and Francesca for making me feel at home some 5000 miles away. Sincerely, Joe Monahan.

Nice b&b on excellent location to explore the city. Room was small but very clean and nice. We had a balcony that was great to drink afternoon coffee etc. Breakfast was fruit and pastries. The b&b has espresso machine and filtered water that is a plus. Nice place for short stay.

Extremely good place to stay in Parma. The location could hardly be better; over the road from the Opera House and 5 minutes from the Cathedral. It is also c. 10 minutes walk from the station (useful for us as we were using Parma as a base). Roberto sets the standard for hospitality; he collected us from the station on arrival (even though we had not asked for this service) and arranged for his son to take us there on departure. The room, although slightly on the small side, is clean, bright (and the one we had) had a nice little balcony overlooking a courtyard — excellent for an evening glass of wine and a few olives. Breakfast is typical traditional Italian so do not expect loads of cooked food; we're talking fruit, yogurts, cakes, fruit juices, tea/coffee. However, this is available 24 hrs. Roberto is a mine of information and extremely helpful; he even offered to get us opera tickets if we return. Will certainly stay here again.
