Cute and basic hotel but mostly clean! The central location is very good. The area is ztl but they make you register the license plate of the car so you do not risk fines. There are few free parking spaces in front of the hotel otherwise they have a garage for 12 euros per day.

3 star hotel rating is generous. Staff not friendly at check in, seemed like he was having a bad day. The room smelt like some type of wood cleaning product and the floor seemed slippery with the remnants of it. Very weird and not enjoyable to be breathing in that smell while sleeping. If you are lucky enough to score a car park directly out front the hotel — it's free. Otherwise you are charged 12€ to use their undercover locked garage which was more than half empty. Rip off when visitors can park for free out front. Did not have breakfast due to time restraints but sounds overpriced compared to other better hotels. Bathroom products were the "one product for all uses" stuff from a canister on the wall. Wouldn't stay again.

Nice appatment but was a problem the car was 450 meters away a real hustle Breakfast was super. Appatment was great but reception service not good. It was like talking to a robot. You staff at resection need to go back to college to learn manners. The staff at the breakfast was very prudent and helpful. Even at the appatment.

Very friendly, comfortable hotel and well located to get to know Parma.

We stayed in the annexe, located about 500 meters from the main structure, a little inconvenient if you choose the breakfast at the hotel, large and quiet room, comfortable bed, quiet area.

Clean, functional. Great location: It allows you not to take the car and walk to the old town. Varied buffet breakfast.
A note: The aspiration of the bathroom, without window, is not in my opinion sufficient.

Good room, great beds, everything was cleaned. The only thing is that the Room was not at the address previously described, but above a near parking lot, which did not have breakfast.

Comfortable and quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel (a few free spots) or optionally hotel garage available for 12€ charge (upon request at the reception). Suitable for both business travel and vacation travel as the hotel is just at the city center, on top of that the bus stop is right at the hotel entrance. Perfect balance between cost and comfort. It would be my choice again next time.

The location of the hotel is very good Nice and friendly staff My room had heating that you couldn't control and it was a bit cold; Despite my remonstrances, the situation has not changed. In Other rooms I found other small but annoying flaws, such as the remote control that does not work, the sanitary fixtures not anchored to the floor or drafty from the windows.

Conveniently located in the centre of Parma, easily accessible by car or on foot from the train station in about 10 minutes walking distance. Quiet room and very comfortable bed (mine however looked out on the back side and not on the Toscanini Boulevard). Breakfast is quite standard but with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Very fast check-in and check-out.

A fairly decent hotel that provides the most essential things that you would expect; a comfy bed, warm shower, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and self service coffee. It's a budget hotel and there are no facilities for lunch or dinner but breakfast options are there. One thing I would have expected to see was a kettle in your room. You have to go down to the ground floor every time you want a coffee. It's free so I guess you can't complain too much. But overall the customer service was good.

Clean modern and right in the center. Ideal location for walking around the main streets of Parma, river view rooms, bus stops to the station right below. I had a great time, the Wi-Fi works (something for nothing discounted) The room can be freed by 12 (very comfortable! ) and is well thought out and welcoming. More powerful than average hair dryer that is normally found in hotels, soft towels, practical tube shampoo instead of the very uncomfortable sachets. Free water bottles as welcome, only comes a bit of noise from the street which is quite busy but patience. I recommend it.

Very correct Hotel and located very close to the center of Parma. The room was comfortable and the service was always friendly and correct.

Good location being a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Parma. Typical Ibis styles hotel, though breakfast costs extra and the beds are a little on the firm side.

Ideal Hotel when you are passing, but very nice rooms, good breakfast, there are for all tastes, even gluten-free!

Awesome service and location. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and we had a nice stay. Rooms are a bit run down but I guess this is why the price is lower than other 4 star hotels in parma.

Solid choice for visitors to EFSA. Hotel is moderately priced, clean and has good location within reasonable walking distance of EFSA & downtown. Breakfast is quite good. Drawbacks were some deferred maintenance issues and persistent low hum of air circulation in my room.

We were really good, very clean and comfortable, the central location allows you to move with great ease. Also in the same building there is a lovely little room open every night that allows you to eat something good. Also the value for money is good so I recommend it.

Lovely inexpensive hotel within walking distance of just about everything.

Room in a 400m dependance, improper bathroom, Q hair, hair as much around the toilet bowl as the shower and sink, the heating goes on only when you go back into the room and by — 2 outside one expects more heat, otherwise nice bedding, at €85 the room I expected better. The staff for breakfast not pleasant not even a smile.

The hotel's location is great to find yourself immersed in the heart of Parma. Room clean and well furnished room in depandance. Friendly staff and quite helpful. Only niggles the lack of staff in secondary and disorganizing structure concerning certain services failed or malfunctioning (Wi-Fi, electronic keys "defective").

We got a really good deal, so we booked the really central hotel – and parking is included, certainly a plus. Our room was clean and big enough, the breakfast buffet was also good and huge, especially for Italy. It's a short and easy walk from the Ibis Styles to the centre of the Parma.

Great Hotel for your stay. Everything was perfect. Very nice staff. Wi-fi internet is a bit sporadic though. Recommended.
