Clean and tidy, except we found the owner shirtless in our room talking on the phone, definitely not returning.

I took advantage of the luggage service and the service… toilet;)

Terrible… little cleaning, everything to pay, small room where fortunately we slept only in 6… people sleeping in the kitchen… Highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay here, is very handy being close to the train station and 10-minute walk to the center, and I found a clean and safe place, very cosy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and awesome for my vacation: the personel is warm, helpful and discrete; there are lockers to put personal stuff; the bed is very comfortable; the kitchen is nice, equipped enough and really useful. And the owner was nice and friendly, flexible about my late arrival, and willing to give me good info about places to eat and beautiful things to visit around.
I really recommend it for people who enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

I'm having a good day here. The B&B is very welcoming, the location is excellent, within minutes you are in the old town of Parma and at the train station.
You're really going to feel at home.

Decadent, stifling rooms, cheap and shaky furniture. Crumbling plaster, bathroom with fan not working, no docciachiuma in the dispenser. Non-existent common Area, at night used as dorm by other guests.

Cheap and nice!, but its not bed and breakfast.

I had to pay cash before I could get in! They should change the Photos and put a real one. They dont deserve the money that they ask for.

I found it really good, I met interesting people and the managers are really nice and helpful. Certainly it is a hostel and there are not all the comforts that are in the hotel, however some features such as the presence of a small balcony in each dormitory with a table and a pair of chairs is really pleasant; Also the presence of a kitchen that everyone can use is important when trying to save money. Also the location, close to the station is convenient, especially if you arrive by train after a long trip. The area is quiet and there are bars, bakeries, restaurants, food and pizzerias.

The owner didn't let me pay through airB&B since he would have had to pay the commissions, and like that I can't write a review on airB&B I suggest to spend 7 euros more and book a hotel room.

Price and room doesn't meet…! Atleast change the price… And post the exact photo of the room… Not the fake.

It was a truly wonderful stay. It was like a home away from home. Francesco was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. The rooms were clean and well kept. Will definitely recommend others to stay here when they are in Parma!

The hostel super cosy, ideal for getting to know many people, it is very close to the train station, more or less, 3 to 5 minutes. Francesco (the owner) and his mother are very friendly, give you information of the places of interest in Parma which are very close to more or less 10 minutes, in addition they give you recommendations of different sites of interest as one of the best restaurants of the area. Recomendadisimo. The hostal is very nice, and you can meet so much people, is close to the train station more or less 3 to 5 minutes. Francesco (the owner), and his mother are very nice and they give you lots of info about historical places that are 10 minutes away, also they bring you info of places of interest like the best restaurants in the zone. I completely recommend it.

From the first day I arrived I realized that being in a familiar and sociable. Immediately I felt at ease and francesco makes sure to involve you and introduce you to our fellow guests. Available to every request. Next to station and Centre.

And the host Francesco can help to provide the trip to visit Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham factroies with better price. I enjoyed a lot. By the way, It's so cool that every room is in different style! The transportation here is also convenient. If I come to visit Parma again, I will choose european rooms again!

I recommend it to everyone, we stayed one week we had a great time, excellent staff, clean, new rooms and nicely decorated. Ideally located close to the Centre and the station. Great value for money. I would happily.

Small place but friendly, cheap, comprehensive and convenient. The hostel is located very close to the train station and 15 minutes walk from downtown. Francis and his mom are really two people very friendly and obliging, they need help at any time. Thanks again for a great time. (:

This hotel is amazing. Is friendly and familiar. It has been my first time in hostel and I felt comfortable and as part of a family. Francesco is a wonderful person and he showed me all I needed and gave me all the information about the city. I was really good, and is good value for money.

An exceptional place to stay in Parma. Francesco is a great person, very friendly and really helped in giving us information about the city and on places to eat and have fun. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable especially if you stay in pairs. It's also conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to the main square of Parma. I recommend it completely to 100%. If I return to Parma definitely book again at the European rooms.
