Staff very courteous and helpful, rooms with a very precarious hygiene, and a little too cheap, like the mosquito net, a grate of mosquitoes resting on the window (not even the right size), the shower defective and fixed so high (without possibility of adaptation) that taking a shower becomes a feat, especially because it floods the bathroom and the nozzle was clogged. Under the bed and behind the bedside tables there were dust cats. No breakfast but there is a bar that offers great pastries and savory, which I recommend. For the rest it was not wicked, but it certainly does not reflect any canon for a 4 star. Very flexible price.

They write 4 stars but they deserve one and falling.
1) dirty and smelly rooms.
2) disadvantaged bathrooms.

Room was clean and that's it, the rest is poor and crappy.

Outside nice structure, the reception is very nice, well taken care of and modern. As soon as you enter the elevator or you take the stairs you are in an environment with at least 10 degree less temperature. The hallway for the rooms has a false ceiling with conspicuous buff moisture stains. The room is clean and tidy. But from a 4 star hotel I would have expected something better from the point of view of the furnishings. The furniture is skinny, reduced to the bone. The fridge bar is not even recessed but it is resting on the ground. Its content is awkward. In The bathroom there is no hook in the towel rack and toilet paper door. The shower is wide but from the door comes a lot of water. The temperature of the shower at maximum heat is up to 30 degrees. All in all an old structure and to renovate. (They are remaking the bar and for breakfast we had to eat a croissant in the lobby) service and comfort Loooong below 4 stars. Discouraged.

Beautiful room with Jacuzzi on the ground floor and parking very reserved Although I noticed that the tub was very dirty and there was still attached to the dead skin, so much dust and scratches of red enamel without counting the bidet that was detached from the floor and a big crack In the wall above the tank due to the water leak of some pipe. Average price with the other hotels. The cleanliness and maintenance leaves much to be desired if I were in them I would call a cleaning company and igenizzerei a little more often.

I really liked being aky because I treated you the personal good. It has a bonisimis room numbers with Jacuzzi and some rooms with double floors.

Is a 4 star hotel. It has large rooms and 4-Star accessories. But it is kept bad the rooms are dirty as well as the bathrooms, the bed and the sheets fortunately seemed clean. It is located in a slightly out of the way area from Modena. On the other hand the breakfast was good and plentiful, the prices are very low.

In need of new management that cares about the place. Most things in room is broken or bandaided, not very clean.

Attractive price … and good food.

Large room with double bed, air conditioning, modern furniture, almost perfect blackout out blinds, fly screens, nice bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Only Italian TV but excellent Wi-Fi access. Quiet location despite through — road, lively visit in the nearby restaurant. The very one seek to friendly staff, whether problems or just a chat, breakfast, ample parking in front of the House.

My standing in front of this hotel. After we have reserved. And is closed. How can that be? Mayhem.
