Good for those who just want to sleep. Good rooms. It looks more like a condo… To avoid the corridors to the children small cabinets of electricity open… In Modena for the same price for better.

For a quick Overnight stay ok for several nights we went out then rather in a different Hotel. Is located directly on a busy street and is clean. Everything is pretty tight, the Breakfast was unfortunately not able to convince.

Very good value for money a few steps from the old Town.

Not the maximum, not silent, Internet fee (because now they have the fiber, MHA! )

The staff was very friendly Misinformed staff for the choice of restaurants. Okay family confuzione, but to rant with insults and threats between the staff at the front desk and that cleaner seems to me too. Not good value for money.

Great location, very close to the station (sometimes you hear the trains go by, but not too annoyingly). The room was very nice and well cleaned, the bathroom small but comfortable and with a shower still quite large. The breakfast buffet is nice, not too varied but not too poor. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel at 500 meters from the station, convenient to get there, but it has the flaw that you feel passing the trains, plus the room I occupied myself old enough as furnishings.

Hotel close to the station, room is small, basic but sufficient, bathroom tiny, advertised soundproof rooms & soundproofing are absolutely not correct — you hear footsteps from everywhere in the hotel halls & stairs — if you listen to your TV the desk clerk calls & tells you to turn it down as it's a Big problemo! If the rooms were soundproofed like the website says — no one would know you had a TV on? It is close to 1 of the Ferrari museums. Do not ask for toast in the included breakfast room as it is a serious NO! — And take care — there's limited English in the hotel (confused language = tried to charge us for someone else's room at higher price) and in the area makes it hard to do things.

Cosy rooms, very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great location to visit the city, perfect cleanliness, very cozy rooms, the managers and all the staff are highly skilled and kind. Always available to meet the needs and requirements of the clientele.

Very good hotel. Close to the station. Well appointed and recently renovated. Staff very helpful and breakfast at a price more than honest.

Nice staff. Refurbished with good taste but with poor quality, for example the support of the shower was not well placed, there was no gasket between the shower and the floor and the TOILET smelled like regular… Everything clean but the mattresses were sinking.

Neat little located too close to the station, which prevents you from sleeping at night. Located in area high in non-member countries.
