Nice property, clean rooms, very quiet and comfortable rooms despite their essentiality. Very comfortable beds.
The breakfast room is very collected, intimate and with a very varied choice of sweet and savory proposals.
Accept animals.
Free parking in front of the entrance.
Although it is not centrally located next door there is a great restaurant.
On the highway (but not for this bothered) it is very convenient to reach coming from the highway.

Friendly and helpful at the time of our arrival, it is definitely the one that most pleased us when we arrived, especially after a long trip, our room was comfortable. We recommend that you.

14-04-18 very particular Hotel I think it was an old farmhouse, at least from this impression, however pleasant, the reception would deserve a better entrance. The rooms, mine was a single are a little small but functional, the bathroom clean the Foccia a XXL for the price in Convention and OK. The breakfast is a half way between the international a all'italiana. Recommended Buom trip to all Tosca52

Quiet place but with good ammenities. Rooms are also quiet affordable.

A good site, placed in a strategic place, accepts the animals and this deserves one more star. Free private parking and many possibilities to dine in the immediate vicinity. Clean and friendly environment. Simple and cozy rooms. Breakfast included in the average price. Only flaw I can report is a lack of general maintenance, but overall a good facility to stay.

The hotel and the rooms are not really 4 star but also the price really convenient. The beds comfortable the perfect cleanliness and the good breakfast. Staff.

The good: Nice clean and spacy rooms. Good soundproofing between rooms. Friendly and helpfull Receptionist speaking excellent English. Average but fresh breakfast. Large free parking area just in front of the hotel. Good Restaurant in the same building. The bad: Poor internet with connection problems. Slightly perfumed odor in the room which I find uncomfortable.

The hotel has comfortable, airconditioned rooms. The pricing is good; we paid eur 42 for a 2p room, including breakfast. The breakfast is advertised as continental, but will mainly satisfy the italian appetite for sweets. The boiled eggs are cold, scrambled and fried may only be acquired at a €4, 20 surcharge. Refilling of items seems to be more on request than because of other reasons, which is a shame for an otherwise good hotel.

Very good hotel, perfect for business trips. Room wide, comfy bed. It is served by the adjoining restaurant, where the food is very good.
You have the possibility to park in the underground protected by gate, in case you need.

Standard hotel, friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms are not well insulated and they do along the via emilia you hear the traffic noise all night. To avoid scrupulously the rooms overlooking the street.

Nothing short of excellent hotel! We spent three wonderful days thanks to the hospitality of staff, full of professionalism and competence which are extremely helpful in help you to perfect your baby needs. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a happy holiday of comfort and good food! The Hotel is cured in every detail (rooms spotless and very large). Wi-fi for free! Extensive breakfast and plenty of it! Once again I thank the staff especially Joseph, for his sympathy and kindness!

Just opened it was ol top. I do not mean that it is not good as a service. But you should aggiorgare and rimovare x the rooms.

The hotel is not located in Rubiera, but rather to Gaida, close of Sant'Ilario (ca 35 km. From Rubiera).
