My girlfriend brought me, and I had a great time. Very intimate atmosphere and service staff were very friendly, making me spend the evening in a very pleasant way. So I recommend it just for the great cuisine.

Not very cosy but clean and good Wi-Fi. Long distance between rooms and reception. Bar and restaurant have no atmosphere but I found the food was good to excellent.

Very nice hotel in strategic location both to visit the city of Bologna and the province, very close to the highway. Clean and spacious rooms, great and hearty breakfast ranges from sweet to salty. Also great the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, we have appreated the bar restaurant in the pool also very good.

Awesome, unfortunately was there for work, so wasn't in the hotel much… The night I arrived I had to order food in the room even though I really wanted to sit outside, the shower was not so good, and the pillows… Well they are just normal hotel pillows…

Very modern hotel, a bit clinical and posh. Mainly focused on (Italian/business) guests. Not particularly friendly to tourists (no info package on city/region, no welcome drink, no complementary water, no free pool towels which is odd considering the room prices). Rooms are compact (despite having a premium room). No view from balcony. Airco not adjustable below 20 dgr (too hot at night). Extended breakfast buffet, but barely any variation. Hotel architectute nicely integrated in landscape, unfortunately the view is spoiled by the carpark all around the building. Nice pool with plenty sunbeds, but surrounded by the constant noise from airco of adjacent hospital. Overall disappointing, considering the 4 star rating.

Good restaurant food quality, but inadequate portions for the price paid: shrimp tempura starter 15 euros to have TWO prawns on a bed of uncooked salad and a few drops of pepper sauce. First of 7 tortelli that looked like tortellini. The only acceptable portion was that of the second, calf to the plate. Small but clean pool, two beautiful hot tubs. Meadow and manicured garden. At the bar the choice of cocktails is very limited unfortunately. Friendly staff.

Located on the outskirts of Bologna you will find this well designed hotel in a quiet location. The pool area is really nice and the staff is quite friendly. Only the food could be a bit better.

Great breakfast. The room was very clean Finally a bar fridge provided at moderate prices. You can access the rooms even without passing by the reception. Very secretive.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding. The hotel is new but lacks taste. The rooms are medium sized with excellent bedding. The ventilation is deplorable and the air co inefficient. Excellent breakfast service.

We were in this property in September of 2017, at the weekend of Sana in Bologna.
We had a really good, nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, clean and well functioning bathroom.
Only sore note? We ate at the hotel restaurant because we didn't really want to move into town: laziness paid a bit salty!
Nothing to complain about the service but nothing great about what we ate.
Obviously we were prepared, so no "surprise effect", only that we had a little higher expectations.

It was a very good Hotel.

Very different feel vs our other in the city hotels. The front desk ppl are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool are is top notch. Facilities and decor of the room is very nice. Has a resort feel to it. Wish we could stay longer! Gratzie!

Very fine business hotel with beautiful gardens. Superb meals in the restaurant at fair prices.

Modern Hotel dipped in the green of the bolognese hills. Large car park, entrance in the reception hall originally buried, or below the road surface, the beautiful, the convention center, even if not huge. I attended an event in this hotel so I have not used the rooms, and of these, I don't know.

' Irish coffee ' directly in the room that flows from sinks and showers, when there is water… lasted for two days out of three stay at a fair. Given the lack of any kind of excuse for discomfort, I fear this is the standard of reception of the facility. Bad.

Terrible experience! Stayed during a major fair, showers water absent for more than 12 hours and the following morning the story was repeated! The following day water is present but never with a stable and brown temperature… terrible buffet dinner and à la carte menu decidedly questionable with waiting times between the biblical courses! Not even recommended to close!

We did the corporate Christmas dinner, location quite reserved. Not great and technologically not at the forefront but still clean and usable. Kitchen quite banal and of average quality, not sure whether it was catering inside (if any) or outside catering. In short, the average, nothing exclusive.

Nice place, out of City though you can catch a bus to go-to Town center. The breakfast is incredible and coffee is simply best.

Charming place to stay, not too far from Bologna centre yet on the peaceful hills. Probably best in spring to early autumn so the outdoor swimming pool is open.

The restaurant is aesthetically valid, both on the outside, immersed in a large and well kept garden, both inside, sober but welcoming. The staff is very kind. Original The choice to propose the courses at the counter, where everyone is free to move. Great Soul/Blues show on Fridays. Also good for companies of friends.
Prices honest, for the quality is quantity of the dishes.

Appropriate place for events, in our case a Christmas dinner company year-end. Dinner I think was prepared by restaurant outside. Nice place. I saw however only a small part of the whole structure, which seems very large.

Nice Hotel facility and convention Center nestled in the greenery, seems to stay somewhere else. The hotel is modern, clean, has many rooms, gym and great restaurant. The Convention center is modern and has several rooms. Suggestive scenario with past on the garden also realized inside the structure! Breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

This is an OK hotel — it is kind of an resort on the outskirts of Bologna. But the service is soso and too many things did not work as aspected. They should tell the staff two things if things do not work: 1. Communicate — and preferably in a friendly manner. 2. Compensate — if you cannot live up to tve deal, compensate the guests.

Beautiful place for stay. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.

No coffee facility in room and empty pizza box ignored by cleaner — not a four star feature. Room and bed comfortable — food excellent.

Delightful hotel set near the motorway Bologna. Features meeting rooms, gym and pool (this one outdoors).
Rooms average size, furnishing and cleaning. Good quality continental breakfast, too bad the same can't be said for lunch and dinner.
The service as a whole is quite coarse, unfortunately slow and little courtesy.

Is just the best you can get for your money. Excellent food excellent facilities small gym but is everything excellent for a 4 star hotel you won't get better than this. The personal speak English and the treatment is amazing free parking green areas fast internet compared to others in Bologna, this is the best (budget) by far.

I've been in this business structure. I must say that aesthetically very beautiful and well cared for the old but they are inside the rooms did not live up to the stars for which the Hotel is evaluated. The room despite being apparently clean smells of tapestry full of mites that symbol would require updating the bathroom is rather lackluster and the position of the insertion of the card in the room appears to be in a less logistics and not visible at the entrance into the room. We say not bad stay but still I was expecting much more point regarding breakfast instead great service is also good variety of foods.

Bargain price for a relaxing stay in a tranquil location.

The setting is very nice but don't expect the extra luxury inside. Not surprisingly the prices are very good. Still recommended.

I took advantage of the offer romantic weekend in late August. Great value for money. The standard room is nice even if you don't have an outdoor space for drying clothes (fabrics and costumes). Nice pool area, but the Jacuzzi in the outdoor pool is at the same temperature, then too low. Be careful because already from early afternoon creating a lot of shade so many leave the pool from 18.00. Bring headphones and cheese cloth if you don't want to pay a fee. Nice to have breakfast in the garden as well as welcome dinner hosted by the pool.

I stayed for a short time at their lodging establishment always for business reasons (in telecommunications/mobile radio Transmissions).
Besides being comfortable for the category of "employees – to work", is equally enjoyable for those who need a short rest before leaving for more ambitious targets in particular the Romagna and its attractive beaches.
The services offered are very useful, as rental bikes.
I recommend it even for breakfast they offer and for the kindness at the reception. I would say a very Humanistic approach.
