GIANT spacious room in the heart of Bologna, within walking distance to the main square and the most exciting parts of the city. Decoration is antique, but in a interesting way, as we felt it paid an homage to the past. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Good — but not amazing — breakfast.

Great stay, great host. Speaks English if your Italian is poor & was happy to call up some tourists attractions for me to arrange tours. Short & easy to navigate walk from the Bologna station, Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Pleasant. Very nice managers. Very convenient x visit the center. Wishing they have a garage available. Just pay attention that not all rooms have private bathrooms.

AMAZING PLACE! We were in a very nice and clean room, spacious and with a comfortable bed! We were welcomed by Nicola, Cristina’s son, who explained us what to do in the city, very helpful! Every morning we had a very nice sweet Italian breakfast in a beautiful living room! Definitively recommended!

It smelled a bit like smoke in the corner of the room sometimes (? ) but the location is perfect, the people are very friendly, the rooms were big (and had their own bathrooms) and the price is unbelievably cheap. Also the breakfast was included and they had a variety of cakes, tea and so. Definetly recommended, if we visit Bologna in the future we will go here again. Probably the best place to stay in Bologna.

Intimate, simple and welcoming, almost familiar, worth booking a second time.

It is a very quiet and cozy place, what I did not like are the views and he breakfast, not that it was bad but could add other foods. Otherwise it is very nice a very discreet and good place to spend the night.

The good thing is how central it is.

Great location, very close to the city center (plaza Magiore). The breakfast was poor but all together this was good for the money.

Great bed & breakfast. Splendid location. Downtown!. Lovely smell of croissants at 8 o. Clock but if you go at 9 o. Clock you don't get any…

Love love love! Perfect location, so close to center and perfect restaurant next corner. We had big amazing historical room. Fast respond from Nicola. He helped us to arrange parking. Dog friendly. If we are in Bologna again, we are your guests.

Very central place. The owner is really nice and friendly, gave us great recommendations. The room was clean and quiet and the bathroom clean and tidy. Excellent location as soon as I return to Bologna. In addition, 15 minutes walk from the station along via dell'indipendenza.

Very good localization and excellent place to stay.

Cristina is such a nice host. We stayed there for 4 nights: we spent the first night in the apartment downstairs and the three other nights in a double room on the second floor. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the breakfast was nice and the double room was very clean and had good air conditioning. The B&B is well located and is at a walking distance form all of the tourist attracktions. Would definitely go back there if I go back to Bologna.

A very but very dirty nonexistent service and clean old croissants, hot water comes and goes. Not doing housework.

A horrible place and people dislike them. Dirty and smells like mold.
