Very nice… ideal for families…

Adequate rooms, good cleanliness. Very convenient for those who have to work or visit the Bologna Fair.

Convenient to get to the proud, but as place and organization of the apartments and poor. Very good staff.

Weird way of handling groups. Sudden changes of furnishing rooms. Ominous check-in with photographed IDs. Almost no opening hours. But big, cosy rooms. Fair price.

Excellent service by Mr Giovanni. Very good place. Easy accessible bus stop, hospital, restaurant s etc. Service apartment type hotel. No breakfast service but good kitchen facilities.

They make you feel like home. The staff is very friendly especially mr. John. Close to the main points of interest of bologna… we are really satisfied.

Residence with great location for the Bologna Exhibition Centre (200 m) and well connected and close to town. Point out the apartments really equipped with all accessories (microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher) and with spacious and comfortable rooms (bathroom is immensely). I had also the terrace with chairs and table. Internal parking excellent. Prices at least at the time of my stay very low and therefore good value.

Residence and indeed with large apartments and equipped with every comfort. Excellent trade fair and well connected to the Centre and to the train station. Several bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the way. Very good value for money.

Residence very cosy with large apartments and really well equipped. Are just a few meters from the fiera di Bologna and easily reach the center that the airport/station. The staff really friendly and helpful even to suggest how to move or go shopping or go out to eat. I found the bus and several supermarkets within walking distance. In conclusion, thanks to John and Sally (the staff) the promise of having the comfort of a hotel with the advantages of the residence has been maintained. Very low prices compared to the ones I had found elsewhere.
