Very central Bed and breakfast in Bologna. The lady who runs it is kind and welcoming, the room was very pretty and furnished with care, there are all the conveniences of the case: air conditioner, TV and refrigerator. Shared Bathroom but definitely clean. Standard Breakfast very plentiful with kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Great solution to visit the city, price more than honest.

I stayed a Week end. The facility is very central. The Station, the attractions of the old Town etc are two steps away.
Very unique are the rooms with four-poster bed, the owner is very helpful typical of the Bolognese. Recommended.

Very nice Rooms, with four poster bed, in a very central location. Reasonable Price for location and service offered. Only Flaw: the owner. If you manage an activity there is wait punctuality and a minimum of friendliness. Quality that in my opinion does not possess.

Described correctly, all spotless, I was 2 days ago at Christmas, the House was decked out with a beautiful tree, many lights and romantic atmosphere.
Great breakfast served in the room, I stayed in a four poster bed very comfortable and beautiful, I mean what can I say. A really nice experience.
I forgot. Good location and the area is safe even at night, my girlfriend and I walked quietly!

We stayed 4 days, we were really good, great service to start from the information received via email x to the property, the room comfortable and welcoming and spotless! Very friendly and helpful, the Guady holder prepared to give some pointers on where to eat or places to visit. We were really good! I recommend it to everyone.

Very very cute and cozy, I felt like I was at home, ideally located in the city centre close to the train station and well connected by public transport, I highly recommend them. Will stay again:).
