Bad. It Does not correspond absolutely to what is written on the Internet. Immersed in the worst of the worst environment that can happen to a family with young children. Dealing and consumption of heavy drugs practically under the windows of the rooms. (They are located at 5 Mt from the entrance) … Bologna Centro and Emilian cuisine apart… Experience to forget…!

Nice Hotel but not 4 star, bad neighborhood with peddling and toxic at every hour… Discouraged… Especially with the family.

Great service, great location, for which I chose it, very comfy beds, excellent breakfast. The room I found a little ' below the tone of advertising photos. However the common areas of the structure are very well cared for.

It seems that the management of this hotel loves money more than their guests. I booked a room on Hotel Tonight, and this hotel was the first ever to charge me an extra 48.43 EUR for a 4-night stay! I know that I need to pay the city tax on check-in, but nothing in addition. They said it's a "resort fee" of Expedia. But I didn't book on Expedia! Long discussions at the reception counter just poisoned the atmosphere of my check-in. To my mind, their rooms are already overpriced, and then they charge some ominous extra fee. Never will I stay in this place again! The customer service of Hotel Tonight, on the other hand, was perfect. I could reach them within seconds, and they phoned the hotel to clarify the issue, because they weren't aware of this strange fee either. But even they couldn't do anything. At the end, they gave me a 50 EUR voucher for the next booking. This is excellent customer service!

A very classy Hotel that preserves a charm from the early twentieth century revisited in a modern key. I have stayed a couple of times for work and I have always found it to be comfortable. The room assigned to me was on the third floor; Comfortable room with every comfort for the best quality bathroom accessories. Breakfast really complete and with excellent products. Friendly waiters and concierge staff.

Apartments came with everything you would want including a kitchen full of stuff. However no air con, only fans. Shower was so low down that even if you are 5ft you would have to bend (no exaggeration) Also the place was dusty and a bit dirty. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff pleasant although charged €3 per night for Italy hotel tax when it should only be €1.50 for a 3 star hotel (I didn't ask why €3 at the time, I only realised after). All in all good but nothing to write home about.

Rooms are OK, nothing out of the top but pretty decent. The location is good (actually, almost every spot in Bologna is at an affordable distance, even walking). The worst part of my experience was at the reception: a) I had to pay a 30€/night bail in case I took something frome the minibar (even if all its items combined weren't worth 30€) ; b) they take your keys when you leave the building so that there's no possibility to bring more people into your room. This has happened to the 3 hotels I've stayed in Italy, so I suppose it's a common doing there. They seem very focused on surveillance, as one can tell by the many cameras pointing the building's entrances. In addition, having to leave the room at 10am was quite hard as a Spanish sleepyhead. I can't say anything about breakfast or any meal, as I didn't eat there. Overall, a pleasant hotel.

€ 75 + 10% extra services not included, without breakfast (€ 15) for a deluxe room defined a two star hotel with window on the courtyard used as a warehouse, continuous noise of fans and people passing through. The House is situated in an alley frequented by shady characters engaged in suspicious activities legally … I think it is really inadequate.

Awful experience, staff unhelpful. Unclear prices (than the reservation 75 we paid 20 euros more).
The deluxe room is on the ground floor close to reception, overlooking a courtyard warehouse and fan noise are constant, unable to sleep. : — (Very recommended.

I wanted to go, but in a round perlustrativo I saw the area, always crowded with junkies from the nearby Piazza Verdi. I've seen people start using drugs already at 9.30 in the morning. Keep in mind this fact.

I had to bear in Bologna on 9/9/2014 for health reasons of my wife and I booked on line a room (double) at the hotel Rossini in via dei bibiena, where I had been for the same reason in the course of this year. The previous treatment had left me satisfied enough (although there wasn't anything fancy) and for that reason I decided to come back. The room was the executive and included a basic equipment, but one we were given was far-fetched. Very small room with Queen size bed, bathroom with full Cup for handicapped persons and without bidet, view from a tiny window onto an inner courtyard, also had to be ready at 14 and there was delivered after about 45 minutes, we left in the morning for the luggage storage. "MODERATE" figure of 5 € and had been attacked a vignette with num. 312, while the room we were given was the 302 (as described earlier). This room does not appear in any of the photos posted on the hotel's website. Me before the desk clerk (foreigner) and then to a Manager (by phone) for the necessary and logical representations, I was told that they occupy all the rooms available and they couldn't change it because all gone. Tired of my dignity trampled I left forced to find other accommodation at 15.30 (departed from Catania at 06.45 and awake by 4.30 — hospital visit at 12.00) at a price which is clearly superior. Invitation to be careful if you book this, personally I'm not going back.

A good hotel. Excellent breakfast, cold meats, amazing pastries, delicious coffee. In a room in the winter even hot. Great guy at the reception. Russian told about all the attractions, shops and the city nearby, where you can go. Kâartal student, but this is absolutely not the way. Everyone really enjoyed it.

Very pretty and modern, a few steps inside the ZTL, in a central area to get around town very easily on foot. You can park your car a few hundred meters or get in front to unload luggage. The parking stripes on blue cost much, especially near the edges of the ZTL, to evaluate the possibility to park in ZTL, paying the whole day. The hotel is very clean and functional, the staff is friendly and the prices more than fair.
