Friendly place lovely building.

Indescribable welcome, room with mold, poor breakfast, four things put on the cross with two people improvising waiters, eight tables… negative experience, RECOMMENDED RECONES! If I were the owner, in addition to being ashamed, I would seriously consider closing this place…

Hotel not recommended, employees lackluster, rooms not cozy, very dear parking 20 euros per day (although in the site write that is free)

Nice place, clean and comfortable right near the downtown, reasonable price, just the breakfast is little bit poor to be in one of Italian most famous food capitals but the courtesy of Carla saves it all.

Hotel is located in the centre, but in a time-barred zone. If you want to go to the hotel, you can drive in. Nice rooms with breakfast and nice, friendly staff. Reception is manned 24 hours a hour. Breakfast from 7-10 pm in buffet form.

Good value. Close to the old city. Highly recommend.

Room was a little small, the breakfast was very good, but avoid going 9-9:30 or you might be waiting for a table. There's a shared terrace for some rooms at the back.

Room clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very handy location for city centre. (5 minutes) Quite and peaceful.

Over priced! The pictures you see on the website don't correspond to reality. When we arrived they warned us that the room they had were not like in the pictures as it was one of the last room hey had, and gave us €10 discount. But I heard them saying the same thing to other guests. Friends of us booked a different room for the full price and it was cold, not charming and surely over priced!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Friendly staff. The only knock is the breakfast is pretty lacking. Poor quality bread, not enough fruit for everyone and really slow system for coffee. Still recommended.

Strategic location is the highlight of being near piazza di Porta Maggiore: easily accessible by public transport, less than 1 km from the two towers. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff are helpful and polite.
Only downside: breakfast not very filling.
Overall I recommend it for a nice stay in Bologna.

Hotel in excellent location to visit the Center. Appreciated the kindness of all the staff ready to give you great advice on what to see. Satisfactory rooms and services virtually new. The Courtyard rooms enjoy a quiet unbelievable except perhaps on the first floor above the breakfast room. Highly recommended.

Great location, décor and accessories are new or newly renovated, clean, really satisfied.

Location of Hotel definitely convenient to the Centre of Bologna. The room that I used was located at the Alast floor in the attic. Cleaning leaving desiderre and overall look unattractive, that taste of old and worn. Far from the entrance and the breakfast room. I will very hardly.

1. Over the phone they told me that parking was included. Why I chose the hotel. At the end I was presented with a bill of 15 euro/day per machine. Park it on outdoor parking costs at most nine euros/day. Doubly dishonest.
2. Breakfast that is consumed in a bar at 100 meters away is indecent. They say they have a buffet which is really a saucer with two jam packed and rusks. You can drink a coffee and eat ONE Croissant. Plain and simple. If it seems adeuato for a three star hotel.
