Good hotel, good breakfast, rooms — everything is fine.

What a disgusting place! Old, outdated, dirty… the staff wasn’t friendly, the breakfast was horrible, cleaning lady entered my room while I had a “don’t disturb” sign on the door… The only positive thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the airport!

Great place to stay in Bologna. Great service. Almost all staff speak English. Place is clean and well maintained.

The hotel of Primo impression is beautiful, then in detail there is some small flaw, for example the plug of the bidet was broken, the door of the shower although large nn closed well. Beyond this kind staff, qualified, hearty breakfast although x who like me with gluten problems there is limited choice to only one brand, I would recommend to see more.

We stayed as a couple for two nights at this hotel. It was okay. The room was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Good breakfast with a rich buffet. Very friendly staff. From the hotel you can reach the centre in about 15 minutes. We're counting on coming back soon.

Availability, courtesy and cleanliness are assured but we would need to renovate the rooms, they are a bit dated.

Well-tended and elegant structure, with ample parking, bar and restaurant inside. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. The kitchen is typical and tasty.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and very stocked. For breakfast you can really find everything. It has secure and underground parking for cars and a Spa. The staff is very friendly.

Good service and location! 15 minutes bus to the historical center. Great breakfast.

The Service was outstanding and the breakfast was amazing. But if your more than a family of 3 you will not find their number of beds fitting. I experienced that problem because we were 5 people and only 2 beds. Because of that one person had to sleep on the floor. That is why I deducted 2 stars.

In all fairness, staying here during Cosmoprof is (I'm sure) not a good comparison to the "normal" state of the property. Room rates were significantly inflated, although service in all parts of the hotel was good. The infrastructure is tired and dated, and while the amenities may qualify it for a "four star rating" (from whomever — "as advertised"), the only reason we gave it three stars here was due to the quality of the restaurant. Otherwise, 2.5 at best.

Comfortable Hotel, recently renovated. The only drawbacks are the countertops.
The staff are very friendly, prepared and welcoming. The restaurant is average.

Room was old fashioned and not representative of images when booking. Bed was very firm. Breakfast selection was OK.

A hotel like so many. To be a four star I was expecting something better instead the general idea was to spend the night in a motel. Great for the value for money, I paid little and I got what I paid.

Rooms and bathed very old, bed of springs uncomfortable. They need a renovation, little lighting in the rooms staff very friendly and always attentive. The Restaurantuy good, all very rich.

About 20 minutes by bus to the city centre.

Breakfast is OK, free parking.
The rooms are well equipped, typical of Italy smell of chlorine when taking a shower skin cream.
Only drawbacks are the duvet (looks chic but uncomfortable) and thin walls.

Hotel in good location large and quite clean rooms, some sign of old age on walls and ceiling. Good Wellness Spa open from 3pm to 9pm. Restaurant outside with great food and moderate prices.

It is a hotel for business trips. Not fancy, just okay. I didn't like the matress and hate the pillows. Restaurant though is excellent.

Everything old and consumed/lived only the front desk makes a good impression at first.
The elevator then changes the impression very quickly when it works.

Rooms are spacious and clean, while bathrooms are quite small. Kind and skilled staff, reasonable prices. A little too far if you want to enjoy historical city center.

Great hotel on the central street of Bologna.
We were there for work in fact is little from the industrial area Bolognese.
We ate at the restaurant in the same property of the hotel and the kitchen is good.
The hotel is nice and offers services like: Sauna Bar gym and restaurant.
Very good breakfast, hot rooms.
Only flaw the room 402 too hot.
While the 132 (for smokers) could be aired more because it felt too much the smell of smoke from previous visitors.
Very clean bathroom with a very nice pool and staff. They made a tea that if the bar was closed and we took it to the room without making us pay.
Possibility of room service.
I recommend it for business travellers or anything else.

He falls asleep in glory. We were only one day in passing, but it was very quiet. The room was great and the staff were very friendly. The only bad thing were the neighbors, full of prostitution and blacks pending your purse.

Great hotel, the staff is attentive and very professional, the room was spotless, nothing to say.

Great huge rooms, queen size beds, all the staff great, free parking, incredible price, excellent location… Very highly recommended.

I had a meeting and dinner at the hotel so I Can only speak for the room I was, the bar (got a coffee there) and the restaurant. The meeting room was wellness organizer and the bar service fast. I got a pizza at the restaurant which was good but a bit small.

Good location Large room and indoor park.

Easy to get to. Perfect shower. Very comfortable latex bed. Breakfast is plentiful but, despite the presence of meats and cheese, buffet without 1. Pan Carré 2. Toaster (which in a star should never be missed). Spa that, despite until the night before (Saturday) is mentioned by the receptionist as available the day to follow, turns out as if by magic (see photo attached) inexplicably closed, although we had 2rooms booked.

My stay here was absolutely fine. The hotel is themed after famous musicians and each room has a particular musician. It seems a little odd at first, but it's fine really — and I liked that they tried for something! The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate.

This hotel is good for convention and if you move by car. Big parking, fairly good facilities. It's a 4 star but looks like more a 3 stars special. Pillows were not so good and room was lacking of well spread electrical sockets. However, price is good for the quality.

I spent one night in the hotel for a business trip. Big rooms, good breakfast and ample parking.

Nice place, near bus and train stations. Have weekly local market at parking of nearby apartment with fresh vegetables, clothing, etc. Good service, good breakfast. The thing I love very much is Stella Pizza restaurant, just 3-minutes walk with a lot delicious food and beer as well.

Compared to the stars of which bills itself, is not what you would expect …

The location is simple to reach from the highway although you need about 20mins to go downtown. The room was quite big and clean.

A bit far from the city (using the bus was a bad experience), but closer to the airport. Room was spacious and clean, but the hotel looks a bit old. Wifi was poor. Good for a one-night stand, if you want to be close to the airport, otherwise it's better to pay a bit more and be closer to the city.

I've been on a very hot summer evening for business purposes. Arrival at the Hotel and they charge me immediately overnight (overnight 100 euro ca). I get in the room and I find an old air conditioner, not working and very, very loud. Unable to sleep. I try to go back to reception and ask for another room. I propose a lower category room ("why full"), with carpet/furniture outdated and, above all, with the same model of air conditioner (old, not working and very noisy). To this is added the total inability to find an alternative solution (for example. Penguin fan, De Longhi, upgraded room.? ). Result: I haven't slept all night. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I speak both of the room, both of service and customer care. Discouraged.
