The lady "mom of the owner" entered the appartement and started to slam doors in a hysterical manner, and screaming that we left the air conditioning ON during the night, she screamed insults in Italian. At this point we felt really unsafe.
My wife was really scared so we had to pack our bags and leave without taking breakfast.
While leaving, we told that we don't feel welcome and best to leave, the lady, instead of giving apologies continued to scream at us. This created a really shocking moment for us.
