Perfect for us as a family with two small children in September 2024. We had the only detached holiday home in the small complex (“Il Pero”), with more than enough space inside and out. The holiday home was clean, sufficiently equipped with everything you need (new stove, new large refrigerator, microwave, enough towels, etc. ), the bathroom is new, the beds were comfortable and a high chair and baby bed were provided free of charge. The outdoor area was wonderful, the terrace (perfect for crawling children/children of walking age as it is demarcated) has an awning (it will still be hot in midsummer), the highlight is the private garden in front of the terrace with beach loungers and deck chairs as well as another table and enough shade lots of green. There is your own parking space, the possibility of charging your electric car, a small children's playground, an outdoor shower, and most importantly: it is only a 2-minute walk to a very beautiful beach. There are a few bars/restaurants and beaches, but also a few free stretches of beach, sand/fine gravel and clear water. By car you can reach Capoliveri in less than 10 minutes, including all the shops and restaurants. Francesco and his family were super nice and very uncomplicated. We have already recommended the accommodation to others and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at casa pero. It was nice and tidy and had everything we needed for our vacation. The amenities was in an excellent condition. The owner was very polite, helpful and answered very quick. It is 5 minutes or less to the beach.
