I have been to this establishment several times and have always had a good time. Fantastic location, my apartment had a terrace overlooking the sea. The accommodations are equipped with all comforts. Furthermore, next to the reception there is the bar/restaurant.

I have stayed with my girlfriend several times and we have always had a good time. Sea view apartment with terrace, equipped with all comforts. Private beach. The lady was very kind and helpful.

Clean, large room with a small kitchen with a gas stove and refrigerator, otherwise it has no other appliances.
The location is very nice and you can reach the beach in just 1 minute. There are enough loungers and parasols. The reception was very nice and if there was a problem we were helped promptly.

The three of us were there as a family for a week. Just as mentioned in other comments, it's really cheeky that you're only allowed into the apartments at around 4 p. M. And have to leave at 10 a. M. The reception is rarely staffed.
The apartment itself is furnished very sparingly and carelessly. The walls could use a new coat of paint and the lighting in the bathroom could urgently be changed. The shower is practically a dark hole. What you should also urgently work on is the smell of garbage that can be smelled absolutely everywhere.
The beach loungers that are included in the rental and the proximity to the beach are positive.

Very nice residence. The house assigned to us was spacious, well equipped, very clean. Perhaps some shelves and worktops were missing in the room with the kitchenette. The private beach is beautiful, the bay and the sea are splendid. Very helpful staff. The two restaurants on the sea, the one in the residence and the one next door, both takeaway service, had rich menus and were good value for money. It's a shame that the area lacks a bar to spend an evening in and a market. Apart from the Coop and Conad of Capoliveri, there was only the campsite market which was completely lacking and inadequate. Very relaxing holiday.

Residence with spectacular views of the sea. Very convenient location. Clean, quiet, welcoming.
