To Be Capri

Beware — the room is 126 steps below the gated entrance and can be very difficult — with or without luggage based on age and ability. The description is accurate EXCEPT for the omission of the steps — which required my wife and I (seniors with replaced hips/knees) to move elsewhere. We lost our money on the 2 nights we didn't stay, but the reason I gave it 1-star is because Booking. Com informed the host and asked them to update the description with the steps. It is now 30 days since we left and the description still doesn't mention the steps. While the host was gracious and would not refund any of our money, it's unprofessional to list the property without mention of the steps.

We stayed at the To Be Capri this weekend in September.
Needless to say, we were welcomed in a wonderful way by the very kind Raffaella who also gave us numerous tips for our days of stay.
The room was clean and comfortable, it provided us with fresh water and water in the fridge, a very central location a stone's throw from the square.
We will definitely come back to visit her, highly recommended.

Nice to have two rooms as we were a couple and son. The access to Capri was great. Recommendations for what to do were shopping centric, but also identified our favorite wine stop of the trip. There was only enough hot water for half a man shower. We'd stay again, but shower together?

Zero hot water. No one could get a hot shower. This was not because we ran out of hot water or the switch was not on. Rather, there was no hot water. Period. We asked for help, but no one came until we departed. We asked for a partial refund, which owner refused to give. Terrible.

Structure in a central position, less than 2 minutes walk from the Piazzetta of Capri. Therefore it has a strategic position to move and reach all the points of the island to visit, both on foot and by public transport. The apartment we stayed in was large, very clean and with everything you needed. A big compliment to the owner, Raffaella, very helpful and kind since a few days before the stay. In conclusion, excellent structure. Highly recommended.

To be Capri. Is like being at home. The location is amazing, two steps away from the piazzetta. The cleanliness and the decor is impeccable. Everything is taken care of in detail by Raffaella, a girl really, really special. I spent a weekend in August and it was flawless. I don't have a negative note. Raffaella has waited at his shop in the square, and accompanied us to the apartment and has always been present throughout the period of your stay for tips and info. I can't wait to go back… STRACONSIGLIATO ♥️
