Palazzo M Capri

Location, location, location. Palazzo M is a gorgeous little gem of a hotel perfectly located right beside the central Piazetta df Capri. Very modern boutique hotel with 8 v spacious rooms. I have never heard an air-conditioning unit to be so silently effective, lovely shutters kept the brightness out early morning and the bed is so comfortable. As well as being in the perfect location the service level matches. No ask is too much, everyone was delightful. Special shout out to Anna Manzo the hotel general manager who leads by example, such a lovely lady. We stayed for 3 nights having extended by an additional night due to the experience being so pleasant. In fact we would have stayed an extra night but unsurprisingly the hotel was fully booked. Can't recommend highly enough. Declan/Elaine.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was amazing and the location was in the middle of downtown Capri.
Silvia and Alessandra were very sweet, kind and eager to help us in all our needs and they also recommended for us multiple activities to do and booked it for us without need to wait as they would just send us confirmation through message while we were exploring capri.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Perfect Hotel in Capri.
I absolutely loved this hotel and cannot wait to return to Capri to stay here again! The entire experience—from the service and location to the rooms and views—was truly out of this world. My husband and I stayed here for the week of our wedding, and it was the perfect choice.
The suite was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and the natural light was just perfect for getting my makeup done. The view of the sea from the room was absolutely breathtaking. It made every moment feel special.
A highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, and especially General Manager Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The level of service was impeccable. For instance, they helped get two of my wedding dresses ironed at the last minute and ensured the hot food we ordered for the bridal suite on the wedding day arrived exactly when we needed it, so it wouldn’t get cold while I was finishing up my hair and makeup.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Capri, do yourself a favor and book here. We felt so well taken care of, and I can’t wait to return for another visit.
As a side note, I’d like to clarify a misunderstanding: my sister, JB, was not a hotel guest but was staying at an Airbnb nearby.

This hotel was incredible. We stayed in September. From the friendly staff, to the great location right in town (with bus/taxi/walking path nearby), to the stunning rooms… we could not recommend enough. The view from our room was beautiful and the rooms themselves were spacious, clean and modern. We will definitely be back next time we are in Capri!

This was a perfect stay! Firstly customer service was impeccable. Friendly, pleasant and eager to help. The English was great which is very helpful for me. The all suite hotel is right in the middle of town adjacent to Prada but very quiet. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and complete. We had a jacuzzi suite where the jacuzzi was outside on a very large terrace. Comfy chaise lounges were perfect for an afternoon nap. Looking at the stars while soaking in the hot tub, listening to a band on the hill was the perfect way to relax after a family wedding in Positano.

Newly renovated and they did an amazing job. We had rented one of the higher end rooms and actually liked it so much that we ended up spending most of our time there due to the whole island being too Americanized, until we could return to the real Italy. There were a few hicupps about our room but the staff made it right and we are ok with that.

Incredible location, brand new rooms with amazing views, and the best service you could ask for. The entire team had incredible attention to detail and helped make our stay one to remember. My wife and I got married in Capri on this trip and this hotel helped make the entire trip as memorable as it could be. The view from the balcony is to die for and was great for pictures! We were so happy to have stayed here!

We are having a great experience at the hotel. The swoon is big, clean end with an amazing sea view. The whole staff is extremely efficient and extra nice. The only thing that we are missing is a swimming pool to relax at the end of the day, considering the price we are paying.

I’m not surprised that as of the date I’m writing this review, the submitters are unanimously giving Palazzo M 5 stars! Rooms are clean and location is perfect. All roads lead to Palazzo! But that isn’t why I’m writing the review. The customer service is personable and very very friendly. They go out of your way to make sure your stay is perfect! Their customer service and integrity even goes after you depart! When I checked out and had already gotten to the port to take our fairy to the next leg of the trip I got a frantic call from front desk stating “YOU LEFT YOUR MONEY IN THE SAFE WE ARE HEADING DOWN TO DELIVER IT TO YOU BY THE BOAT”! I stupidly left $2000 in the safe and they chased after me to return it. Unfortunately, decency and honesty aren’t a given in humanity. But thankfully when you stay at the Palazzo M you can count on that as well as the 🍒 to a great stay!

Palazzo M hotel exceeded our expectations. Our Suite was huge — like an apartment where everyone could have their own space with own view, at the same time, communal areas to spend time together.
The new hotel is beautiful, with all the staff so helpful, attentive and accommodating. They helped with ferry booking changes, restaurant recommendations and bookings, day trip advice, which made things so much easier for first time visitors to Capri.
As soon as we checked-in, we decided to cancel our next hotel and ask to extend our stay, so in total an amazing 7 nights in Palazzo M, who managed to work wonders to keep us in the same room. The hotel seems exclusive, right next to the Piazetta which was so convenient.
I would very highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Capri.

We just stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel/villa in Capri for 3 nights. Perfect location at the entrance to Capri while being private and quiet.
Excellent staff super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Housekeeping and all the staff were very professional. The general manager Anna and her team helped us to make reservations and arrangements for transportation. The spacious room was modern and clean. Can’t wait to come back. Staff and hotel were both amazing. We can’t wait to come back! We really enjoyed that room and location and were very please with the attentiveness of the staff. The location is in the heart of Capri and of course the views are breathtaking.

My husband and I arrived to Capri originally planning to stay at another hotel, but when we got there it was not what we expected so we walked over to Palazzo M and thankfully they had availability. Nunzia gave us a tour of the property and we were soooo impressed.
The view was stunning, the service was impeccable, and the rooms were CLEAN. The renovation is amazing. We thought the room would be loud given that it was in such a central location, but you couldn't hear ANYTHING. <3 thank you Nunzia and team for turning around our stay and making our trip complete! <3

Best rooms. Best service. Best location. Hands down. They just finished the renovation for this hotel so everything is new. Each room is massive compared to other places I’ve stayed in Europe. Everything is modern and clean. The staff added us to a group chat for anytime we needed anything & helped us with some of the best recommendations on the island. Location is next to the bus, tram, taxi stand at the top of the mountain overlooking grand marina. It was very hot this year when we went so I was so happy we didn’t have to walk far.
