Relais Maresca Luxury Small Hotel & Terrace Restaurant

Antonio Nocera, the hotel manager welcomed us and helped me when I wasn’t well. Motion sickness from a boat cruise left me weak. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the patio of this beautiful hotel! Highly recommend because of the view and outstanding attention. In a time when there’s so much self-service, this place was a treat!

We had an amazing stay here this past week! We arrived from Positano, took the ferry to Capri. The hotel is just across the street from the ferry and extremely convenient to get to. Even without any porters and several bags. You just walk up a small hill to get to the front entrance. The view from the Terrace restaurant where there is breakfast in the morning is it beautiful and overlook the port. The hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful and set a time for relaxation while we were there. They helped us find Restaurants and called taxi for us when necessary. Antonio the manager and the entire staff were so pleasant and helpful! Every attention to detail counts and you could tell they really wanted to go the extra distance with respect to hospitality. Thank you all! An amazing experience overall we definitely will be staying there again the next time we come to Capri.

Breakfast is very poor, location is good when you travel by ferry but it’s loud.

We stayed here for two nights and it was fabulous. We had a sea view room and it was so comfortable and charming. The marina location was wonderful and allowed us to step off the ferry and bring our luggage right to the hotel. The staff provided the highest level of service and they were so accommodating to our every need or inquiry. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and graciously served. This was our favorite hotel during our 2 week vacation in Italy!

The absolute friendliest and most helpful staff of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Antonio, the manager says he treats all guests like family and he means it. Such a great and personal experience. Restaurant deck is in the middle of the action, but feels like you’re away from the crowd. Amazing breakfast and spectacular cocktails and coffee. Listen to the recommendations for everything to do on the island and you’ll be happy you did.

The Relais Maresca is a little slice of heaven in gorgeous Capri! This was my second time staying there and I love it because everything is top-notch.
The manager, Antonio, remembered me at check-in and welcomed me back to my Caprese house.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and very attentive to your needs. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious choices, and it's served on a terrace with stunning views. My friend and I loved being steps from the ferries, restaurants and shops — it's the perfect location.
I can’t wait to go back again someday!

I made a prepaid reservation thinking it was a decent hotel. Spending almost $3400 for 5 nights. I checked into the hotel and it was horrible from the lobby all the way to the rooms. All their snack bar was.
Staled. The room was so crowded that you couldn’t even find one of your personal thing. I fell twice in their bath tub. Calling the forgot desk 5 times and no one answered. The next morning I was ready to leave the hotel and the girl at the front desk said she could not help and I had to sit and wait for the manager. No one knee when he would come. So gave them my number to call me so we can discuss my refund. He never called me and I tried to dispute the amount with American Express and they refused to give me any refund. They kept my $3400. Knowing that I didn’t stay in that hotel. Definitely a horrible experience and. Price they charge is ridiculous for what they offer. Stay elsewhere and don’t ruin your vacation.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice although the shower was a bit small (wait til you hear about the second shower though). We stayed in the penthouse room which featured a private outdoor terrace. The terrace had sun bed loungers with an optional cover, seating area and swinging chair to say the least. It also had an outdoor shower which we could not even believe it was incredible! The views from the terrace were spectacular, it was an unobstructed view of the ocean looking towards the mainland of Italy. The hotel is nice and close to the ferry port so you don’t have to go too far to get to the hotel. The hotel manager Antonio was a pleasure to deal with.
The restaurant at the hotel was small and quaint. It was never packed and we were able to get a table with ease. The food was fresh and delicious both days that we went. The views during the sunset were breathtaking. The waiter Anu was fantastic and seemed like a genuinely good person. He offered suggestions about what to do and where to go during our stay.
10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Capri!

A fabulous hotel in a great location. Antonio is a very hospitable host and suggested things to do during our lovely stay on Capri. We dined on the rooftop terrace (such a beautiful view) — the food and service were fantastic. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

This place is right in front of boat port and walking distance like 2 minutes. Just need to go up the stairs or walking on the street. It right next to taxi and bus station to visit the island. Beautiful place, beautiful service and breakfast is good. Antonio is a very friendly and very helpful manager. The whole staff are friendly and ready to help. Definitely I recommend this hotel. 👌

My husband and I stayed at Relais Maresca for our honeymoon. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!
First of all, the location is perfect — right in Marina Grande so it is walking distance from the harbor. It's also next to the ticket center, to the Funicolare, bus stations, and taxies so it was easy to get anywhere we needed to go on the island. A public beach and beach club are also just a short walk down from the hotel. The views from the hotel are spectacular as it faces Marina Grande.
The staff at the hotel were incredible — all of them from the manager, to the front desk/concierges, restaurant staff, and cleaning service were committed to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As the end of our stay, the bellhop even helped us to carry our baggage to the ferry port. Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. We felt very well taken care of!
We really enjoyed the restaurant as well — the selection of Italians breads and cakes at breakfast time were impressive! You could smell them baking so we knew they were fresh and homemade.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sea view (we highly recommend choosing a room with a view! ).
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Capri! It's so worth it!

Very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant, and accommodating. The rooms were neat and clean. Housekeeping was exceptional. The location was perfect in regards to the ferry service. I do recommend this hotel if this is your first visit to Capri, due to its location,

Hotel was in a prime location — right near free beach, the lift and the port. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was so good. Wi-Fi worked amazing. However, it’s a little outdated to call themselves a “luxury” hotel. The room we got at least was a great size, but the air conditioning is NOT powerful at all. TV randomly turned on at 4 am and we were obviously woken up. All in all, a good stay but for the price and “luxury, ” it was just fine.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive specially the hotel manager Antonio, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a stunning view of the sea and port. The breakfast buffet was very good with a view. Its central location made it easy to explore the ports area. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Capri.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the best I have ever had. From our initial interaction with Federica at the front desk to the care he manager showed us everyone was incredibly kind. The bellman was great and the waiters went above and beyond. I would tell anyone visiting Capri to stay here. The room was very nice. The views are incredible and the food at the restaurant was very good. They have lots of tickets and trinkets to make each stay easy and better. The folks at this hotel really saved us in a pinch and made our vacation memorable.

What a wonderful stay in Relais Maresca! Excellent location, 20 steps from Marina Grande. Great views from our balcony and the terrace restaurant. Right beside the beach, the funicolare to Capri centre and the 921 Phoenician Steps to Anacapri.
Wonderful welcoming staff throughout the whole hotel, especially Anu in the restaurant and the hotel manager Antonio, who treated us like royalty. Their message is that their home is your home, and we certainly felt that way. The rooms were spotless. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Happy hour on the terrace with snacks and drinks. Beach towels provided at reception. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to family & friends.

A gem of a hotel right in the heart of Marina Grande, I’m so glad I found Relais Maresca. Our hotel room was beautiful with a view of the water. The price was unbeatable and the service is even better. Antonio greets you when you arrive and tells you all you need to know about the island, its public transport and activities. The hotel staff are there to help you solve any and all travelers’ problems and give you a personalized experience. The view from the breakfast rooftop is gorgeous. The food is spectacular. We will return!
