Beautiful & quaint. Perfect location for shopping and dining.

Had a few drinks in their bar. Good service. Everything super posh, the ambiance is elegant and people are dressed for the occasion. Live music was nice.

The worst bloody service can ever happen to meet. Personal is completely bananas, except room cleaning stuff. Water 0, 5 dl cost 3 EUR, taking into consideration that the living price start from 500 EUR, could have been for free for such rate. In the store next to the hotel same water cost 1 EUR. Safe box in most of the rooms without keys, meaning that you can't keep your jewelries in the hotel. Old air conditioner, which doesn't work properly. In the offer king size bad was included, in the end we got to separate beds moved together. No other room was offered, kind of everything is fully booked. You are not allowed to bring you ice cream ti the garden bar outside, however you are not informed about it in advance. In the end in the rude manner they made me to leave it without excuse or explaining the case. If you want to spent the worst holiday in your life, feel free to book this hotel.

The location is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and so is the hotel. The staff are very very friendly and lovable, especially the concierge named Antonio he is very sweet and lovable. I would definitely come to this hotel everytime I visit Capri. I highly recommend it.

Delicious breakfast at the hotels restaurant, good start of the day. The nightlife is within walking distance. Many delicious restaurants and shopping stores. April 21, 2018 Made my reservations to come back in June. Can't wait! I have stayed here before and loved my previous experience so decided to come back to it. This time to customer service was lacking from front deck and breakfast personal. Bathroom shower had a draining issue, they came and fixed it but he never drain property. It smells like sewer water. Room was nice and comfortable. The location is right center on the Plaza so it's easy to navigate through the island. The stairs need to be updated like 10 years ago.

In the centre of Capri, perfect for those who love the evenings, the rooms are spacious and airy, and have a good restaurant. Three meeting rooms, too bad the pool is missing.

Lovely hotel! The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean. The hotel's breakfast has a good variety and the pastries late outstanding! If you are going to Capri, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a quick five minute walk from the funicolare in the heart of her Capri.

Exceptional hotel in a great central location in the heart of Capri. Hotel was so accommodating, friendly, and personal! They even helped to coordinate our ferry ticket back so we had more time to explore the island! Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island — highly recommend!

Good location and a nice quiet hotel. The room was with a terrace and sunbeds. Beautiful view from the bathroom. Good breakfasts. Live music on the restaurant's terrace. Pleasant and responsive staff.

Very nice hotel with great style. Lobby is impressive and give you the feeling of great hotel. Location is fantastic, in the middle of the main Street. Rooms are amazing! All the decorations are amazing and add a lot to the Capri experience. Staff are very kind and helpful. Antonio the concierge helped us a lot with everything. Check in was smooth and we even got the rooms before formal time. In the last day we left our luggage after check out and came back in the afternoon, they bought us ferry tickets which waited us in the gate. Great experience, great value for money Amazing service.

Romina and I last week were guests of the La Palma hotel, we were treated to VIP, with love, kindness, sympathy and so much dedication!
The hotel, very central adjacent to the famous "Piazzetta", is a real treat, neat, elegant and the staff makes you feel at home, hardly you find all and only positive features, there was not a lack, a superficiality, a fall in style! Everything and everyone have been at TOP and up to the fame that precedes the hotel! The kitchen is something sublime, excellent, with any food you feel exalted all the flavors that make it up, absolutely the top, if you pass by them stop for a restorative break making you pamper the palate and senses by qualified staff and absolutely to meet the most demanding demands! Ask the Antonino consierge for any info about routes, destinations and excursions, a true living map of the beautiful island of Capri, which with an innate sympathy and kindness leads you already just explaining you to fantasize about your excursions. Finally, all the staff is of a unique kindness and preparation, all managed impeccably by the director Giacomo Sarnataro who with sympathy and experience will welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. Super Recommended!

Beautiful hotel, right in the upscale shopping district and great cafes. Top floor / balcony views are amazing! Huge, spacious and beautiful rooms. Wonderful amenities should you need them, and a bank/atm right next to the hotel. Beautiful large spa style bathrooms — I could live there. I sat out on the balcony at night watching a storm over the ocean in the distance behind the hotel. Breathtaking. The dining and lounge areas are so peaceful and lovely. Clean, bright and airy. The highlight of my Italy tour was Capri and La Palma! An oasis in paradise!

I played my wedding lunch here and I have to say it was all flawless: the menu's proposed and superbly cooked,
the tables and the hall, the beautiful wedding cake and the warm welcome of all the staff have helped to make our special day unforgettable.

Restaurante caro e com comida simples. Maitre desonesto. Oferece coisas que estão fora do cardápio prometendo maravilhas e o prato vem diferente e com valor salgado. Bebida cara. Existem opções muito melhores em Capri.

I was offered a room for €430 per night. Then prices not going from €54 to €196. It's a lie.
