Gocce Di Capri Resort

What a wonderful experience Gocce di Capri is. From the warm welcome of all the staff to the most perfect location overlooking Capri, Ischia and the bay of Naples. Just stunningly beautiful it took my breath away. The sunsets are incredible! The room was cool with a large balcony with amazing views. Very well equipped kitchen, dining area and patio to the rear. Everywhere was clean and sparkling.
Food at the restaurant was a culinary delight and so well presented. Wow! That huge pizza was delicious.
The hotel is peaceful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of Naples that is 50k away, the perfect place for relaxing. The nearby village is 10 minutes walk away where there is a shop and a bar and lovely coastal walks too. There are local buses to the main town of Sorrento.
I came away with lovely memories of my stay and will definitely return one day.

Very comfortable appt with view of Capri. Good location 5 minutes walk from bus stop to Sorrento. Great helping staff. Very kind. The restaueant has excellent food We didnt go to the pool because of the weather but still it was a great vacation in a great place to stay.

What a brilliant place to stay out of the craziness of Sorrento but close enough to it that you don’t miss out. The staff really made our stay incredibly special with a big shout out to Rafael and and Andrea in the bar and Tony in the restaurant and in the office Antonella. The facilities are fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The Location is brilliant but the service was the thing that was so thoughtful. We would return to our room. The Air Conditioning would be on crispy fresh sheets on the bed every day and the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend you get the breakfast inclusion because it’s a great way to start the day sitting in the restaurant looking at that view. Would definitely return and recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful property nestled in the Sorrento Peninsula, where we enjoyed stunning views of Capri, Ischia, and Naples, along with the most romantic sunsets. The staff pampered us, always attentive to every need. The hotel features comfortable, panoramic apartments and a very well-equipped pool with breathtaking views. It also has a bar and a restaurant serving excellent traditional Campanian dishes. Gocce di Capri is a special place for families or couples—perfect for relaxation or exploring the treasures of the Campania region by land or sea. "

The hotel is around an hour and a quarter drive from Naples airport by taxi, in the hills with stunning sea views of Capri. The owners and staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. The pool and bar is perfect to relax around and the restaurant serves excellent food. The gardens are well tended, with lots of roses. My studio apartment had a lovely bedroom, a slightly dated, but full kitchen, a shower room and balcony. A short, if hilly, walk to the village supplies all the basics, fresh fruit and vegetables and local cheese. The coffee shop and the lovely helpful man there is worthy of mention and it's a perfect spot to stop if you want to hike to the church on the hill. This is a place to stay to relax and recharge away from crowds and traffic.

Stunning views over Capri & Vesuvius. Beautiful sunsets. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Owners on hand to provide information & organise excursions. Lovely village of Termini just a 5 minute walk away where you can catch a bus to Sorrento.
Locals were warm & friendly.

We truly loved our stay. Christina is a wonderful host, as are the other staff members. We would love to sincerely thank the gentleman that assisted us with a flat tyre. He noticed it as we were driving out of the resort, stopped us, inflated the tyre, and provided directions on our phone to the repair centre. What wonderful service.
The location was perfect. The view magnificent.
Our room was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and privacy, with 2 bathrooms. The pool area and outdoor dining was a perfect resort experience.

Place was unreal, great views really friendly and helpful staff at reception and the restaurant staff were perfect, all food we tried was 10/10. Room was super clean and the balcony views are to die for. Reception staff were super helpful with anything we asked and couldn’t have asked for anything more really.

We stayed at this hotel twice, once in April and once in May of this year, and we had an excellent experience both times.
The property offers rooms and apartments of various sizes, all with a beautiful view of Capri. We were truly impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The apartments we stayed in were always spotlessly clean, with complimentary water upon arrival and free Wi-Fi.
A very positive note also for the dining services: next to the pool, the hotel has a lovely restaurant, also with a view, where the food is very good. Breakfast is served here in the morning, à la carte, with staff who are always smiling and helpful.

One of the best hotels we stayed at on a 2 week trip throughout Italy, from the manager Mike to the views from the restaurant/bar and room itself it was all incredible. Located just outside Sorrento in beautiful rolling hills facing the ocean with views of Capri, Pompeii and Naples. 10/10 would recommend.

The restaurant is great. The staff is very kind and the service is good. Did not expect places in Italy to have any good vegetarian gluten-free dishes and was taken very much by surprise by what the restaurant had to offer. 10/10, would recommend again.

We stayed at Gocce Di Capri in early October for a week. We had a room with an unobstructed view of Capri. Such a beautiful view! We relaxed by the pool one day and we were just mesmerized by the view of Capri. We enjoyed our time there as it is in a quiet area between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Originally we had booked for 3 nights in Sorrento and 3 nights in Amalfi. Switching to Gocce Di Capri was the best decision as it was so peaceful and quiet. We were away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds in Sorrento and Amalfi. We enjoyed the restaurant as they had some great seafood dishes and good pizza. Through their concierge, we booked boat trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It was so easy as we were picked up in a van brought to the local marina. The local marina is much closer to Capri and the Amalfi Coast than Sorrento. It was easy to drive to Sorrento if you want to take a ferry to Naples. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Gocce Di Capri if you are planning on a holiday to the Amalfi/Sorrento area.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Mike (Michele) and his team made this 5 days unforgettable. We received a room with terrace and an unbelievable view of Capri! Hotel offers a nice breakfast and very good parking situation. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The best thing about this resort is the staff. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful. They don't sweat the small stuff (taking a bowl of fresh fruit back to our apartment after breakfast; checking out at 12pm rather than 10.30am) and they sorted out problems instantly (Leaky shower. No problem. 5 minutes later a handyman fixed it. Mattress not the most comfortable. No problem. We'll get a brand new topper)
The second thing is the location. I always worry when it says sea views it will be possible to see the sea by leaning out of the bathroom window or something similar. Not here. There are unrestricted views over the sea to Capri, even in the cheaper apartments like we had.
The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We cooked a couple of simple meals and made lunches each day.
The village nearby is a little gem. It has a great corner shop with fresh produce and most other things you could need. Incredibly for a tiny place there are a couple of great places to eat. We went to Eugenes. It is sort of "grandma's kitchen". The food was inexpensive but delicious. The house wine at €4 for half a litre was more than acceptable.
One warning. This is a remote location. You either need a car (and the confidence to drive around the cliff edges) or to rely on the buses to Sorrento. They are infrequent but we found them reliable. The only real problem was that the last one left Sorrento at 8.15pm. No late nights out!

I think that this is one of the best value accommodations in the area. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony and views of capri. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. From check — to check-out and everything in-between the staff were fantastic.
The pool is a real gem, however the restaurant is excellent too. We ate here a few times as the food was probably the best that we ate on the Amalfi coast and the Steak was the best I've ever eaten.
Special mention for the breakfast too, 12 Euros for an absolute ton of food is really good on the Amalfi. Rather than choose individual items the waiter just bought us a selection of everything.
The bar-staff were so good and the cocktails are really good value.

Just back from a wonderful week at Gocce di Capri and missing it already!
The hotel is in a beautiful spot, so relaxed with stunning views over the Amalfi and perfect after a hectic day of sightseeing. Made sure to have a pool day and just chilled with a limonchello spritz or two while getting lost in the views.
Our apartment was a great size with a fantastic balcony and again those all important views. The only negative I couldnsay is the apartment could do with an update but that aside it was perfect.
The restaurant is a must visit, with delicious freshly prepared dishes. The breakfast in the upstairs was a great way to start our day and for €12 it would be hard to beat!
The best part of our stay was the team! Everyone was just so friendly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay a wonderful experience.

My wife and I recently stayed at Gocce di Capri for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest and most genuine team. Mike and the entire staff made us feel like we were staying with family. The food at the restaurant was incredible; we enjoyed dinner there every evening because it was simply too good to miss! Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a breathtaking view from the terrace that was absolutely to die for! 🌅
Honestly, despite being a 3-star hotel, Gocce di Capri offers an experience that rivals any 4-star establishment. 🌟 The team went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-out request, and they even helped us book tours to Capri and the Amalfi Coast, making our trip even more special.
