When you get impact the gas pump in front of the entrance is not the best but entering the lobby is very nice. I gave a slightly higher rating because they deserve it for the availability and courtesy of the staff. The strong point of the location even if it is road-cutting, is convenient for public transport offer their shuttle service that does not mind. The property offers the very interesting pool nice garden, beautiful rooms in the whole, well assorted breakfast. Lacks a global maintenance, in contrast the balcony sea view a real treat. There I definitely come back, vote 8.

National holidays location for 6 nights. Food v v poor. Cold vegetables served 10 mins before meat. One dish served twice — uncooked on both occasions — pork / turkey escalope — mushy mess. Deserts a piece of fruit. Waiters looked the part but useless and miserable. Our party had 3 rooms 2 of which inundated with ants. One terribly and damp. Most reception staff ok but one lady outright rude. Ants were our fault for bringing food to the rooms! Telling anyone with a complaint to stop talking to others! Good location for visiting elsewhere by coach but dangerous for walking. Visited Europe and Italy many many times and can advise that this hotel is just v v poor. Thank God for the little shop and take-away opposite.

Lovely hotel. Its a real gem. Beautiful spacious air conditioned rooms. Free shuttle bus into town although it only operates at very limited times. Road into the town isn't pedestrianised so wouldn't advise if had children. Main thing that lets it down unfortunately is the standard of food. If they could improve that would make s big difference. Breakfast basic and limited choice for vegetarians.

When we arrived we went directly to the pool only to be told abruptly by pool boy that we are closing in 5 min. We walked off only to see that other people remained at the pool for another hour. Bus shuttle was the only good thing! breakfast was included but it only up until 930am. Never used it once. It was also very noisy the walls are quite thin. You could here racket outside the rooms which woke up us everyday in the mornings and you could hear other guests showering. Budget hotel!

The staff at this hotel are excellent, the food is first class, and the view's over the bay are outstanding, 5 star service.

Hotel on the whole okay. Dinner great, breakfast fine. Rooms are clean, there are fresh towels every day. Very friendly staff. Bathroom not optimal (arrangement). A long way from Sorrento, however, there is a shuttle bus.

Friendly Hotel, professional style as you have old Times. It is suitable have numerous groups. Restaurants abound and of good Quality. Intimate rooms with great scenery. And an activity perched on the city of Sorrento, between noise and crowds, but was able to carve out a small space pleasant and quiet.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms with sea view, quiet area two km from the center well connected with public buses every 20 minutes, garden with pool, excellent reception.

Normal Hotel. No big luxuries but efficient. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Nice location, but ageing hotel, not very clean in terms of cleanliness: bed sheets, uncomfortable bedding, small shower and with limestone; Very low-end breakfast; In short, I do not recommend.

If you stay here go to see the view on the roof's veranda. Be careful to ants. Reception staff, very professional, but generally all the staff was good. Nice decorations inside the hotel, with marbles and good swimming pool and garden. Dinner is good and at reasonable price. Cappuccino for breakfast is very bad, made by automatic machines like business hotels around the world. In Italy you expect a good cappuccino everywhere. Outside entrance is not nice (there is a gas pomp in front of the entrance) don't look like to arrive to an hotel. Then my partner during the night was bitten by ants in the bed, even we avoid to bring food in the room, after we saw the advice written in the lift. They must do something to avoid ants coming inside the hotel rooms. After good time and nice views this is the worst memory of our stay.

Had to cancel a portion of our trip and were a day late to cancel without fee per their policy and hotel would not budge and still charged us nearly $150 for cancelling, even after multiple calls to their staff pleading to not charge. I work in an office where we have a policy for no shows and late cancellations and we are constantly waiving fees. Poor customer service on their end. I would have considered staying in future, or later in our trip, but not anymore.

For a three star hotel this place is very good. Rooms are clean and very spacious, however the TV is quite small. The breakfast is adequate; pastries, cereal, quish and others. The hotel is only 10mins by bus from the city centre and there is a free shuttle bus also provided, sometimes you may have to wait a while for a bus.

Not Good. Small Rooms and not the best.

What a wonderful thing and c is all you need for a holiday… who likes the sea, is not afraid if he has to walk and does not fear the rocks… I forgot: great staff, kind, nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel just outside the Centre of sorrento. Beautiful place. Nice pool. Wi-Fi everywhere and friendly staff.

Lovely and clean. A little bit noisy traffic.

Tacky decoration, but a nice atmosphere, comfortable beds and reasonably spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet's not bad and the dinner's quite good. Only real problem is the bath mats can't absorb much water and so the bathrooms flood.
