Beautiful hotel very friendly staff and great location.

We've married in Sorrento July 2019. Currently still here now enjoying our Honeymoon — this Hotel is exceptional, the staff friendly, clean & very welcoming indeed. We're now thinking of revisiting here for our First Wedd ing Anniversary already!

Great location staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms lovely and spotless maid service excellent. Junior suite that we are staying in is amazing.

Great location. So much to do in the area. Easy access for trains and boats. Lovely clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. Delicious food.
There is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us at all or spoil our stay.
I would recommend.

Lovely clean modern hotel. We enjoyed the breakfasts. All the staff are very helpful and kind. Convenient location for local area. We had a wonderful holiday.

Very noisey hotel on a main road. Photos online are old and many parts of the hotel are tired. Breakfast is stale and beverages tepid. The terrace is a few old tables on a dirty rooftop.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel. Staff are very friendly and do not bother you. In terms of Breakfast there is something there for everyone — cake, cereal, pastries, bread, fruit and a small selection of hot food. On Tuesdays and Saturdays the hotel throws a Prosecco night where you can have a free glass of Prosecco. Overall a lovely hotel, would recommend.

Great hotel, very pretty and in the centre of Sorrento. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect base for exploring. There is a snack bar by the pool open until 3pm offering burgers etc. I would give this hotel 4/5 stars.

Very good in all respects. Close to centre (5/10 minute walk), railway and local bus station (5 minutes). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts excellent — wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit, and cooked/uncooked food. Rooms perfectly adequate and spacious although some to the front are next to a busy road (didn't disturb us however). Coffee, tea etc provided in rooms and the bar stays open until 11 and later at times. Lots of local shops and decent restaurants within 10 minute walk although as you get closer to the centre the prices get significantly higher.

If you're looking for a city break this is ideal. Busy, noisy and full of tourists. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Hotel Capri is located close to the main town on a very busy and noisy road. Our room wasn't well equipped. Nowhere to put things, only 2 small drawers in the wardrobe, nothing next to the bed. Our room was on the front overlooking a garage and blocks of flats. The breakfast is ok but the coffee was something to be desired. On a plus side the hotels interior was nicely decorated and there's a nice pool and sunbathing area but be mindful of the noise from the traffic.

This is such a lovely place to stay … every thing a round you … very clean modem rooms. Great food.

This ia a boutique hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Sorrento, just round the corner from the bus and train stations. Inside it is newly refurbished and immaculate with friendly, helpful staff. The meals were well presented with a good choice. At the rear of the hotel there is a small swimming pool and covered pergola with comfy furniture. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very good rooms and communal area. Toiletries need refreshing daily in bathroom. Bar good and staff very helpful and friendly. Hot food in breakfast room needs to be kept hot.

I did not not have any major problems staying here, rooms where clean and comfortable, very tasty meals every evening and deli style breakfast every morning, very relaxing citrus graden for evening drinks and the staff are very friendly. It may not be the same now but getting a pool side chair was a problem with the owners and their friends taking up 4 sun chairs, yes it is their hotel but with limited space, this should not be a problem for paying guests, saying that, it is a very nice pool area with a massage area and a snack and drinks bar. I would definitely stay again.

There were Canadian friends and they were delighted.

This hotel is well placed, a short walk from the centre of Sorrento. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was much quieter than those facing the road. The rooms vary in size, but include a mini fridge, tv, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is buffet style. Decor is modern and staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel but super noisy! My husband and I stayed for two nights. Positives: Nicely styled and clean hotel — room was small but sufficient and air conditioning worked well with good Wi-Fi connection. Good location to all parts of Sorrento Good but not amazing breakfast buffet Pool area (needed when it's hot in Sorrento) Negatives: Our room was on the side towards the back looking at the church but was constantly NOISY! Even with the window closed it was horrible and really let down the rating of this hotel for us. Bed was quite hard and not the most comfortable Don't expect the staff to help you with your bags — some staff are nice, others are moody. The pool area is nice but small and if it's busy, there isn't much area to sit / lay next to the pool.

Staff are helpful and attentive. Bed comfortable, breakfast offers a broad selection. Pool and garden area whilst small are very pleasant.

Room very clean with aircon and balcony. Nice and quiet and in a good location with nice bats and resturants within walking distance. En suite water pressure is not the best but that is the only down side. Pool small and quiet.

Staff are courteous and very helpful, hotel is incredibly clean and the garden and pool are quiet and relaxing despite the location on the main road and proximity to a school. We visited in late May and the hotel was relatively quiet all though I can imagine that it could get busy in peak season. Overall I can't find any faults.

Lovely, clean and very comfy hotel and In great location. Never went to the bar not sure there is a dinner service and the Wi-Fi was not the best. Staff great and good place for a week stay. Love Sorrento we were there in August with teenagers and it was ok I'd go back as a couple and for a weekend ideal bit clinical but that's not a bad thing not a lot of 'hotel atmosphere' for young people. Got worse bites ever it was humid when we were there x.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Lovely and spacious room. Staff was very lovely. Teresa (manager) and the receptionists were very accommodating. Great location (near to train/bus station, town center).

The hotel is lovely, do not get me wrong. BUT we received an email, one week out from our stay here telling us that we will have to move hotels due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. Curious to know what these circumstances were, as we had booked our stay 8 months prior. We were never told. We complained and said it was unacceptable as we were on our honeymoon and had specifically wanted to stay in that location. They told us our new hotel would be lovely, except that instead of a 5 minute walk into the city centre it was a 25 minute walk down the hill. Great. We argued and finally were able to stay at the hotel. When we arrived they said 'they had a bad week' & sorry. The stay itself was great. Move along 3 months and my parents are due to stay at the hotel (we booked at the same time). Surprise, one week out they are told they can't stay there due to an emergency. Whilst away they have had to organise another hotel on short notice, which is further away and away from their friends whom they crossed the other side of the world to meet. If you can stay here and keep your booking, enjoy as the hotel is great. Otherwise I'd stay well away if you value your sanity and stress levels. Happy to discuss in more detail to whomever would like to know more. I'm disappointed with their conduct & I can't imagine these are isolated incidents.

Just returned from a one week stay and we could not fault the hotel, its facilities or its staff. It is in a very convenient location for all that Sorrento has to offer.
