Clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Really professional people 👏👏

The central, strategic location with the internal garage is evident.
I like to emphasize, instead, the pleasant and relaxed environment, the staff, although very professional and well coordinated, informal and very cooperative towards customers. In short, a relaxed climate that generates well-being. Finally the hotel proved to be truly dog-friendly.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location very central. Hotel and staff all lovley. Room was spacious and we had a large balcony on the 2nd floor which was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Cozy hotel located in the center of Sorrento, very kind staff pool very clean rooms … very good cuisine cn very moderate prices… we will definitely stay here again. ❣

Just love this Hotel! It’s central to everything and the staff are amazing. The pool the bar and the lounge I can’t fault, but! if I could change one thing it would be to have a shower or a cool tub on the top terrace to cool down when sunbathing, the views from there are breathtaking but it just gets too warm.

Ideally located — within a minute's walk of pedestrian area, lovely friendly and warm staff, great food and service! Peaceful garden to relax in and lovely view from the rooftop solarium. We had a fantastic week in Hotel Ascot!

I stayed there as a Tour Leader with my group of 29 guests. Great location and wonderful staff. Clean rooms and good food.

I keep coming back, sometimes twice a year so that should mean something. It is ideally placed in Sorrento for ease of access to places of interest. The hotel has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and friendly and respectful staff. L have also found that it does get its fair share of repeat guests.

Rustic italian hotel!. Not bad on the food with a decent variety. Good bar menu and afternoon snacks to order!. Great little pool for a nice relaxing swim in the sun!.

I went with the school, four stars for the service offered are really too much breakfast enough but the dinner really poor in every respect. The Wi-Fi of the property and has paid and exploit it because inside the structure many operators do not take, unkind staff except for ik concierge who with us was very friendly. If I have to go back to Sorrento I will definitely change structure.

Small hotel… great location in Sorrento. Easy walking distance to the centre where you'll find absolutely loads of bars restaurant & shops. Unfortunately the food in the hotel restaurant isn't the best I've had. However the snack food in bar is lovely.

Very comfortable. Delicious Coffee in the bar, especially Coffe Correto! Perfetto.

Located in centre of town which is good and bad. Bad being very busy road so kept awake with all the noise. Food in hotel is not good, we are bb&em but waste of money as we've had to eat out and its quite expensive. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. Beds and pillows are very hard and air conditioning is very noisy. Wouldn't stay here again but would definitely come back to Sorrento.

Just got back from my holiday from hotel ascot, and I had an amazing time, all the staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome, I would love to say a special thanks to roberto for looking after me with vegetarian food, which was lovely, and to Paula who ran the bar at night she was lovely, I will be going back next year with my daughter or by myself, can’t wait.

Very nice and personal hotel in the hand. It eats quite well and the breakfast is very stocked. Walking distance to the main street of Sorrento. Has everything you need to make a quiet holiday.

Great. Staff members there were warmingly welcome, the hotel maybe slightly dated but I think it gives it character, I feel the food could have been better (some dishes I liked, others I didn't).

I would have given 5 stars if it wouldn't have been for the shower. 3 minutes of hot water and tiny spray. Otherwise perfect and hearty breakfast!

Great accommodation with large rooms. The safes, however, do not work properly. The Wi-Fi is only alright and is very, very slow in some parts of the hotel.

Lovely atmosphere in this family business. Food very repetitive but faultless. Hot breakfasts would have been nice instead of continental style every morning. Rooms need updating and decorating but clean. Would definitely return as the location was excellent.

The hotel is tipical of many in Sorrento. Its built on a small footprint so not much space inside or out. The rooms are dated but are very clean and serviced every day. Staff are very good and friendly. What lets this hotel down is the breakfast offering and the room itself which is located in the basement. There are four stars on the buliding but they should drop one of them.

Great hotel, although the Wi-Fi costs €5 per device and is a hassle to reconnect every time you return to the hotel. However, I'm not here to use the Wi-Fi really so it's a great hotel for what I need to do.

Brilliant hotel, lovely rooms, great pool, friendly staff, just a few minutes walk to corsa italia nightlife, had an amazing stay and not too expensive either.

First ever visit, great location, very friendly attentive staff who could not do enough for you. Nice room, excellent bar facilities gardens and pool area! We stayed half board and there was a good choice of options for each course and if not to your taste the staff would do their best to find something you liked! Breakfast buffet style help yourself a good choice for everyone, constantly replenished! Good maid service every day! Try the Vesuvio wine available in the bar red or white 8 euros a bottle mmm! Nice touch some nights in the dining room live traditional mandolin music! Many thanks to Roberto and all the staff for helping us have a lovely holiday!

We just got back from our 2nd stay at this hotel and recommend it. Not luxury but clean and comfortable with excellent staff. A couple we spoke to have been going to this hotel for 21 years in a row, that speaks for itself!

The best place we stayed in Italy. The staff was great, they were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were perfect.
