Seven Hostel & Rooms Hostel

Stayed as a couple in the master bedroom with air-conditioned bathroom gigantic terraces full of flowers and sofas. Deserves.

Nice facilities, Cuban lady was exceptional. Nice terrace. Wifi was dysfunctional, even when limited guests are present. Luggage room had no security.

During the morning of check out, cleaned out my bunk to find a bug on the bed. Turned out to be a tick. Went to the front desk to check out and tell the girl what I found, showed her a picture. All she did was nervously and awkwardly giggle in my face. She said it wasn’t a bed bug and I told her I didn’t care what kind of bug it was, I shouldn’t be sleeping with any kinds of bugs. She then giggled a little more and replied with “thank you for the advice. ” Confused if she thought it was a joke, or something? I definitely wouldn’t sleep with any of the colored blankets provided in the rooms because the tick probably came from that. It doesn’t seem like they wash those blankets. I had some other friends also have bad experiences with speculation of bugs. One woke up with a bunch of random bug bites and another’s sheets were filled with tiny dead bugs. Gross. Other than that, the hostel itself is modern and somewhat clean, I guess. The breakfast kinda sucks unless you enjoy loading up on croissants and other empty carbs first thing in the morning.

Fantastic rooms and roof terrace. Food is disappointing.

Brought a group of 42 students and the place was great. The breakfasts consists of croissants, sweet bread, cereals. They provided wonderful packed lunches for our students. Fruit a drink and a sandwich. Dinners always started with a pasta dish (very good) and a meat dish, fish, veal, or turkey. It was very very good. The best hostel I've ever stayed at. Thanks to the staff and all who made our stay great!

Good and helpful. Lots of group tours at weekends… left their rooms in disgrace for cleaners. Wi-Fi a problem here. Good eating local places go right out of hostel then immediate left. End of road go right. Il pend ella good. I really liked the town and for me a respite from sorrento. Good train route from naples to sorrento including stops for all sites eg herculaeum pompei naples etc.

Clean and peaceful place and very kind staff…

Stayed for three nights. Got a private room which was practically a hotel room at a cheaper price. Inc breakfast which was basic but good. Only downside: Each day they came into our room… didn't clean it or change anything. All they did was open our patio door and open the curtains. Taking in mind the temperature was been 25+ makes no sense as it just makes the room hotter… but other then that I can't complain.

Best place if you looking for a clean and nice stay close to amalfi cost. Not very expensive and comfortable and well managed. Staff is very good.

I've my stay at the hostel for 2 days. Initially, I was excited to have the rooftop room for my stay, but then it turned out to be a great disappointment as it has no Wi-Fi in the room, there is no TV remote to check out the tv, the lift doesn't work, the ordered food was delayed by an hour and there's nothing the reception guy do to help me out.

Nice hostel. Comfortable but expensive beers and food. You can get better and cheaper within a 5 minute walk. Also zero Wi-Fi when I was there and the staff seemed to have heard it a million times so I guess its been out a long time.

The room was just as described and I was not bothered by any of the other guests I shared the room with. The hosts we're very gracious and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi sucks and I had to check my emails to look for confirmations of activities I had booked so I couldn't really do it. The staff is NOT helpful nor kind. The cleaning staff didn't want me to go to the bathroom or my room or the rooftop… The breakfast is bad and their coffee is worse. The showers don't have any pressure and the doors are clear glass… so I hope you like other guests to see you naked. The key card / door to our room was pretty difficult to open but then it didn't close properly so whenever I wanted to enter the room I struggled to get it open because the only way it opened was if it wasn't shut.

This hostel has a lot going for it. First the negative. We had a double room to ourselves, wife & I both mid to late 50's. The room was really small as was the bed as I'm just over 6ft tall. That's the only negative. Positives — many. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with a large rain shower. This is not a hotel and has people of all ages, mainly younger backpackers, but a great friendly atmosphere there with everyone. Great value for money in a great location. 5 minute walk to a great little supermarket and another 2 minutes to the train station. Just over 5 minutes walk down the road to Piano de Sorrento which has got some amazing sites and restaurants. The breakfast is quite sufficient, good variety and plenty there. The best feature is the roof top deck. Just the most peaceful place in the evening to relax and enjoy the countryside. From the sites of the mountains on one side with houses and roads all through you scenery with people setting off fireworks, to amazing sunsets across the Bay of Naples with the sun going down behind Mt Vesuvius. Spent each night up there drinking great local wine, totally relaxed and enjoying the moment. Well done Seven Hostel and we'd stay there again.

I lived in a private room but not a share room for three nights. The second night at 04:14 AM，a guy opened my door. When he realized I awaked he ran away immediately. I ask monitor video from front counter, he told me all this was a mistake. It was their crew to make sure this room was occupied. …
I cann‘t put up with this nonsense. What kind of employee would check room at 04:14 AM? If he done by mistake, why he ran away but not say sorry? — A guy with key card can open my door must be hostel‘s employee.
— He ran away without say sorry must because he try to do something bad.
— The front counter say it is a mistake and wouldn't give monitor video to me must means this didn't happen at first time. Be careful when you book this Hostel.

Very dirty the bathrooms, away from everything after the 21hs only go to Sorrento. They housed 50 boys under 16 years old and it was chaotic all over. Very boring. It has no kitchen or refrigerator to store things only remains to consume there.

The rooms were clean. The toilet was average, not a lot of toilet paper for men. I loved staying here.

Great hostel, with an awesome view of the sunset every night. The roof terrace area is the best part of this place. Good clean hostel but you have to go down alot of stairs to get to the bathroom/shower area. Overall a good experience and I would stay again.

One of the nicest hostels I've been to. Best views of serrento sunsets. 4 tier terrace, wow. Great front desk service. Comfortable dorm beds. Decent Italian/minimal breakfast. Beautiful restaurant and public spaces. Good crowd of travellers. 10 minutes from train and 35 minutes from center of town. Can be annoying as public transportation is not good and will be doing lots of walking.

The rooms were clean, however they are not very well equipped for those with intolerances. Dinner and breakfast were not satisfactory.

Modern functional Hostel equipped with all the comforts you can also eat and drink very well.

I am not of discerning tastes, personally I found it excellent, very clean and the staff very attentive.

Beautiful hostel, felt like we were staying in a nice hotelhotel. Was impressed with the bar and even the food was pretty good. Staying here was worth it for the roof alone, we spent every night up there hanging out and meeting other guests. All around was a really good experience.

1. I was dining in the bar around 19:00 on a Sunday night. After ordering my food, the bartender charged me €2 more than the price stated on the menu. When we asked why it's €2 more, the bartender just said its Sunday night so the price is different and he just changed the price on the menu in front of us. It sounds a bit ridiculous, it was 19:00 in the evening already! And he didn't apologise for that. Though the price is still relatively low when you compare it to other restaurant, but it really made me feel so bad. It would be better if he informed us before we pay. 2. Lack of public dinning area. Though it's called a "hostel", but there is no kitchen nor even fridge. The only area you can eat and drink is the courtyard. But on Sunday, someone booked the whole courtyard, so that means that all the other residents have to dine inside the bar, which just got a few sitting. 3. The staff there are not really nice and welcoming. The only friendly staff we met was the one we met outside the laundry room. 4. The laundry fee is more expensive than other hostels, but it's all self — service (but normally, other hostels will do it for me). It's very inconvenient as it could take you two hours to wash and dry the cloths. Moreover, we could only make our clothes completely dry after drying twice which costs €4 each time. 5. The doors are broken, it's so hard to close our room door and we can't even close the door of our private bathroom inside our room. 6.

Very cheap to stay rooms very clean only critism was breakfast but for the price you cannot complain. 30 mins walk to main Sorrento.

The breakfast is a joke. They have cereal and croissants. That's it. Otherwise, facilities are ok and clean, rooms are a bit stuffy but otherwise good. Don't expect the bar to get busy at night, people don't seem to stay and drink there.

We had a private room and bathroom. The room had a lovely view from the balcony, you could see the sea and the mountains in one view. The roof top decks have amazing views. The food was pretty good and changed every night. I recommend getting the nipple shot at the bar. The hostel was clean and the bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi was pretty awful, which is to expected when you are surrounded by mountains and sea. The Hostel was located close to the train station and is only a short train ride to Pompeii and Sorrento, and there is a grocery store on the way to the hostel from the train staion.

Terraces with nice views, comfy beds in big rooms, clean showers, good breakfast, and the front desk service was perfect!

Amszing place, clean and comfort, many peaple from all over the world that gives a good stay, the stuff are wonderfull, helping in any case, new building, excelent bathrooms and showers, nice breakfast. Do not miss it.
