Stayed 7 nights location is about the best on the Amalfi coast, staff are very pleasant, hotel is really a 3 star but worth the money.

Super expensive, but the property is right by the beach. And boat tours to Capri, Ana Capri, Positano and Amalfi are just steps away. However please note that there is bo easy way to get yo the place, It's about a 95 euro taxi ride from the Sorrento train station. Also, no direct trains to Sorrento. If you plan to chill out for a couple of days at the beach this place is for you. If you're looking for a base to visit places like Capri, Positano and Amalfi you'll save a lot of money by staying at Naples. ;-)

Very nice place but with many flaws and very but very isolated We arrived there after 700 km of travel having paid in advance all the stay for a quote with room sea view, only overnight and breakfast about 200 euros per night. We were given a back room with window on gasoline smelly parking. They didn't want to change the room saying we were wrong and they wanted to pay us back with a dinner party. No one told us that the Wind line doesn't exist there. If you want to eat something or you're driving miles and miles, or just their dinner restaurant costs you a whond. 40, 00 per person plus soft drinks. We ran away threatening a complaint, so we could get our money back.

Pleasant hotel, polite staff and available almost all exceptions in the restaurant, good restaurant menu but always the same every day so decade on catering any positive opinion.
The property would need maintenance because it let go a bit.
And also given the logistics of the lovely place but excluded from the world should organize the evening for guests.

4 stars not deserved except in the price. Unfriendly and disorganized. They don't have pool and quality of service. Dinner served in 2 and a half hours. Choose more.

Hotel (not a resort… overlooking a parking lot) poor and lousy service. Unfriendly and unfair. Avoid.

Bad experience. I was here at a wedding and asked to take advantage of the ironing service. They handed back the dress with obvious patches of burns for which they rudely and improperly denied any responsibility.
During the stay we witnessed several complaints from other guests, all of which were received very carelessly by the property manager. Little, indeed no respect for the clientele.

An amazing stay. Great spot for young families as you have everything you need here. We will definitely be back.

Ho can you not like Italy? Amazing weather, amazing food… only be prepared to drive zig-zag serpentines, from Punts Campanula to the surrounding towns. Across from Punts is an amazing Capri. The scent of Italian lemons, flowers and unique perfumes envelopes you in blissfull mood… highly recommended visit. It is quite pricey and worthy.

Excellent restaurant and the right prices.

After a long journey through Europe, Punta Campanella Resort and Spa was the PERFECT atmosphere for much needed relaxation. We arrived extremely early and the staff happily accommodated our needs, offering complimentary breakfast while the concierge helped with our heavy luggage to our room almost instantly as we walked through the glass doors. Our experience only improved as our 5 day stay continued. Every morning moving forward we were happily greeted ”buongiorno” for breakfast (with a beautiful ocean view). The private spa is an absolute MUST, following was the best sleep of our lives with a comforting cool ocean breeze and sounds of the gentle sea waves hitting the shore only short steps away! We enjoyed the wonderful restaurant “li Galli” multiple nights and made us feel right at home with family. If you feel like venturing out, you are center to various of the top rated restaurants in Italy (yes, the entire country/world). Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely easy with multiple options by boat, private car, taxi, bus, even helicopter all of which are extremely easy to use with a little help from the knowledgeable staff. Through reception we arranged for a day tour to Almafi and Positano. Also offered is a tour of Capri. The marina is a 1 minute walk away and gives you access to anywhere by sea. Upon our return we were comforted to return to a quieter resort.

Perfect Resort for a relaxing holiday, located next to the Blacko Siaggia, in this hotel I found myself very well, cleaning breakfast and staff were excellent. I also tried the Spa and I must say it is a real toccasaa after the sea, Polynesian massage recommended.
The standard room was not the sea view but modern comfortable and spacious.
I will definitely return.

Medium pump with a restaurant and a little shop.

The hotel has come a little in the years and has its best times behind it. So the 4 stars are slightly faded and maybe 2 of them are visible. Toilet flushing Trielte all day. A repair was made as well as some other places. The staff at the reception has little local knowledge. There were no hiking maps and the question of existing trails could only be answered poorly. The request to send a forgotten garment back to the home address was answered with a 6-fold fee.

Rooms a little bit below the level of the price, breakfast of little satisfaction, a bit ' disregarding especially the reception.

Was recently on a trip of a lifetime and this was our last and most favorite stop. What a beautiful hotel. Highly recommended! Perfect location with everything you need right there! Restaurants, shopping and rentals for water activities! Highly recommended! there. Shops, restaurants, boat tours! incre.

We invited the hotel in booking site and we requested rooms with view to the sea. we were 2 couples in the same invitation, but when we arrived our rooms were located on different floors no view very small old and dark rooms with a small shower — the hotel us 45 minutes away from sorrento un a very difficult road the dissapoinment was big although the staff was nice it was no comfort we went out early in the morning and came back late at night if you go to south italy its not the place you should stay in.

Had a brilliant one week stay here. The sea views from our balcony were amazing. The staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely a good choice of things. Spa was so relaxing and good value. Restaurants close by were all good. Beach Africano was the best little beach bar. Can't wait to go back.

Not exactly new and definitely not a luxury hotel. No pool, 5 minute walk to the stone beach, poor Wi-Fi, tiny TV. At least the rooms are clean. 45 minute drive (costing €100 by taxi) from Sorrento with very limited shopping or restaurants nearby. Maybe it's just my unmet expectations getting in the way of the fun around here. Or the abundance of jellyfish in the water (I didn't come here for a beach vacation even though I usually love most beaches).

I've been Wednesday at this beautiful property and I was speechless.
everything is beautiful, with attention to detail, maximum availability from the staff.
In short we Sir in June. The structure is exactly like you see in the picture.

I highly recommend you take a quick trip. The kitchen, the sea and amenities of this resort surrounded by nature. If you want to relax and rediscover yourself, you cannot but go.
