We stay in a Bed and Breakfast Palazzo Natella in Salerno, Italy. At the beginning of September 2017, almost 10 months before the trip through a company Booking. Com booked a room. Our family consisting of 3 persons (two adults and a child 3 years of age), were on vacation in Salerno, lived in Bed and Breakfast Palazzo Natella with 25.08.2018 for 08.09.2018 G. At the request of the hostess of the B&B, we were deposited, in the name Giulia Alberti in the amount of 900 euros + Commission 1656.98 RUB (21 euros at the Bank rate). Although in terms of booking the Deposit is not required, and we wanted to pay cash upon arrival and checking in. On arrival in Salerno 25.08.2018 and a room called "Vietri" Bed and Breakfast palazzo Natella, we expected the conditions of stay, which is stated on the site Booking. Com. But was very disappointed. The room was an unpleasant smell of sewage and damp, was torn hose and leaking joints in the shower. We immediately told the hostess of Bed and Breakfast palazzo Natella Julie and was asked to troubleshoot a problem or to change our room. Our request was refused, although the Bed and Breakfast palazzo Natella, no one lived but us.
