Good morning I just left the hotel terme Capasso and wonderfully beautiful and relaxing I recommend it to all. Staf very kind service and cleanliness excellent.

A total disappointment! Money spent on a stay, full board without the possibility of taking a bath in the pool, for bad weather, there is no alternative option after spending 250 euros, without being able to use even TV in the room, Wi-Fi not working, all for an extra fee! Poor food Water at the table from the tap, shame!

Everything perfect, we spent a great weekend of Valentine's Day, excellent dinner, very good artists, excellent massage very good staff, and wonderful atmosphere in a pool of hot thermal water!

Bad experience. Hotel not at all clean and poorly maintained, rude and apathetic staff. Discreet food. It is absolutely not worth 4 stars.

Beautiful spas, qualified staff, excellent rooms but… the food and breakfast from scratch. But I say: the dining room staff does not go to tell the cook that everything that is served at breakfast is thrown away because it is of poor quality? but no one notices the scraps left on the tables? I was shocked. Too bad because the structure is beautiful.

I was two great days, Spa the Lady/ina Angela and was professional, super hotel, great food, relaxation guaranteed, highly recommend. I'm pretty much invigorated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food satisfactory for portions and quality. Breakfast average. Strong point the possibility of taking a bath in the pool until late in the evening. Relaxing and landscaped charming atmosphere. Overall Great!

I recommend Terme Capasso to spend happy hours in complete relaxation. Everything works very well, the entire staff of this structure is helpful and professional towards the customer. You eat very well with abundant courses under the watchful eye of the talented room manager attentive so that everything goes well. Positive note on the use of the pool until midnight. Occassione of our wedding anniversary of 40 years I have to say with all sincerity my husband and I were satisfied a beautiful structure yummy and abundant food a beautiful place it. I recommend to everyone I renew my compliments to everything. Attentive staff on everything maximum cleanliness I was really enchanted by all the. Room manager an excellent person everything and all for us the top we will ❤

Everything is perfect, swimming pool, spa, bar and self-service work great, the restaurant offers very good dishes, the staff very kind and qualified, what to say, experience to repeat absolutely.

Room bar bar staff nicely qualified pool, great breakfast breakfast buffet plentiful and with many great cleaning choices always clean and fresh and always clean replacement steamers will come back.

Recent hotel, has spacious rooms with all the comforts of a 4 star. In addition, the included entrance to Capasso's thermal pools. Breakfast is plentiful although the availability of salt is limited. The service is great and the staff courteous and welcoming. I only put 4 stars because the thermal pools need a renovated and the self-service restaurant is definitely not up to the hotel. However a nice experience that I recommend to those who like a day at the spa.

I had the pleasure of staying here because I accompanied my friends to perform at the contursi festival, we liked it right away, the property is fantastic, as well as the staff who really welcomed us in a very warm way. It's a beautiful hotel with warm colors, and then there are lots of paintings (which I personally love). We took a triple, double bed and the single very comfortable, the bathroom is really big, like the shower, television and finally a closet also containing the safe. The pools are beautiful, although I advise you to remove all the accessories that are made of gold, steel etc because they get black, it happened to me with an earring; however, each pool has its own gradation, from 60, 48 and finally 30. The 60 we can immediately see that it is covered with clay to put on, which is a really very pleasant feeling because then you have very soft skin. I forgot to tell you that there is also the traditional pool, very large and close we have a bar where you can also eat. The food and the colazio are really guaranteed because they use fresh produce, you see and feel right away. They ate great, breakfast then it is very wide on choice. We will definitely be back.

The hotel have a beautiful spa. Perfect for stay all day. There are a restaurant and bar, more deckchairs and beach umbrella.

Elegant and clean spa complex. Staff. The water is very hot. Advice not to miss the experience of bathing at night:absolutely suggestive and relaxing. For those who go for the first time two tips: remove all jewelry not in gold or they will darken, remember to bring a padlock for the lockers of the changing rooms. I have not yet got to experience the aesthetic treatments, I will know!

I would have given you 5 stars if only the rooms had been more equipped.
A beautiful place, including swimming pools, spas, massages, friendliness, reception reception etc. But all this enthusiasm ends when you climb into the room.
I do not know what it will depend on, but sincerely every room must offer maximum welcome, just to encourage greater friendliness.
The rooms were empty of anything, toothpaste, toothbrush etc etc all about cleaning yourself.
I have been to other stays and sincerely also the slippers and bathrobe have procured me without adding any coins.
Fortunately I took care in the bag bringing me from my house foam bath, toothpaste, toothbrush otherwise my stay became very stressful.
That said, every hotel manages its own organizations and things in its own way, but even taking things from home is really shabby because I pay to stay in a hotel, to relax, to have no thought, to be quiet, and not to pack my suitcase with half home inside.
And I must say that I have always paid the same amount regardless of the hotels.

I often go to this thermal tree with my wife and every time the welcome and hospitality is really exclusive. Besides appreciating the spa site in the hotel, the kitchen and restaurant for us come first and foremost both as quality of the products used and as courtesy and professionalism of the staff (assisted by the skilful direction of chef Albano). Excellent value for money!

Five stars. But they are few.
Few for the first place cleanliness, and I assure you that every cm smells clean, and I who am a neat maniac I especially appreciated this.
The reception was outstanding. The very friendly girls, very helpful and sweet.
The offer was a day at the spa with 60' spa.
All really exceptional, and I hope as soon as before to unplug from work and come back, because for us in addition to the first time (Friday 2 March), it was low price but qualitatively, for what we did it was very very much but much more. Congratulations, because often when you have structures like this you think more about appearing, without giving then in concrete, and you do both.

The outdoor pools are fantastic! Bathing in the naturally warm waters while outside it rains, it's cold and the mountains are snowy it's a unique experience. The rooms are quite small and very basic, but clean and equipped with a balcony. The walls of the rooms maybe a little too thin which involves excessive noise from the neighbors. Good breakfast with so many simple pastries, not very good coffee.

Clean and quite comfortable rooms, hot pools in good condition and nice staff in the norm. Negative Note: We booked on booking my girlfriend and I on Valentine's night, 90 euros only 1notte and calling we were told it was included access to the hotel's thermal pools. Arrived I had to give him 20 euros more and then 110 more 1euro tax stay. Never again!

Very nice hotel, efficient, managed with professionalism. Recommended for Spas; There are various outdoor hot tubs with various temperatures (30; 40; 60) and beneficial properties. You can make free mud available in the outdoor pools. (Swimming pools are open until late evening) Inside there is a small tub with various whirlpools and cervical jets (to pay extra like the spa services… saunas, Kneip routes, etc. ). The restaurant is not much… The hotel offers various packages for various needs. On the evening of Valentine's Day there was also a duo that did animation in the bar room… very good!

It is now years that we indulge ourselves in the Terme Callahan, starting from the reception, where everyone is friendly and available, passing through the staff of the spa, valid and qualified, without neglecting those who work between rooms, bar and room, always with a smile and ready to Please every request. During this stay we had the opportunity to know the chef, who transmits to every meal the passion that he puts in his work, especially through his magnificent dishes, for which ingredients are used to 0 km or lands near Contursi. The thermal pool open until night is something that must be tried at least once, if you choose to stay in one of the rooms, always tidy and clean and, thanks to affordable costs, it is easy to combine the stay some treatment at the spa. Treatments that I highly recommend, for the preparation of the kids in the spa. Even this time we had the honor and pleasure to be followed by the mythical Angelina, always pleasant note and added value to the whole structure! Goodbye, Callahan, we'il be back soon, for the umpteenth time.

I spent here a day Spa… had a great time the wellness route did not disappoint my expectations the hot tub unforgettable. Despite winter it was beautiful to soak in the hot thermal waters of the outdoor pool. I'm sure I'm back home relaxed… Goal achieved!

Newly built hotel with direct entrance to the swimming pools, easily accessible, 10 minutes from the Salerno-Reggio Calabria.
Friendly staff, especially the attendants in the restaurant room. The prices of the overnight stay quite low, those of the treatments a little less. I recommend it for a relaxing weekend.

Helpful and polite staff, nothing to say, but so much to say about the structure and management. Since I took advantage of the room for two nights it had to be more than normal to have entrances to the Spas (like any other part where I was) but instead. I paid belonging (even so much). Restaurant very disappointing, simple dishes trivial and discounted anyone would be able to get them! Waiters a little distracted, I had ordered the wine (arrived after requesting it) when we had almost finished eating the first dish. In the bar instead I found no organization, the day before I was charged two aperitifs at €7, the day after always the same aperitifs at €8, BHA did not realize how much they cost! It also provides food, always very poor and disappointing, for two days I always found the same things. Fatty sour, never eaten like that, not to repeat. Let's go to the spa. I paid so much for a relaxing massage, for charity it was, but if you hear screaming, laughing and talking in the hallway it doesn't become more. Even in this case managed poorly. Well what to say… it only saves because it has the spas! For the rest it would be to redo it all over again. Very disappointing, definitely not going back!

The hotel is very well kept, the rooms although not massive are still cute and tastefully decorated, only minus the air conditioning that comes on every time you exit the room making it consistently too hot.
The restaurant is very good, always very good dishes.
The pools are very nice, finally making the hotel perfect for a week of relaxation.

To tell the truth and tt nice relaxing. … very clean … take a bath at night and a unique experience … I mean really tt nice … except for one thing the food … I had full Board lunch tt very ugly … and dinner much better … whatever the rest besides the food I nnt to say we return absolutely …

A beautiful experience with staff always friendly and available. The food is great and the bathroom at night under the stars is something unique.

I was given a wellness program for two people. We book for March 20 at 11:00. On arrival we are greeted very well, we also provide a padlock for the lockers. After getting changed in the locker room floor — 1, to reach the spa we must move in bathrobes in front of the hotel lobby and this bother, preferivavamo a little more discretion. Arrived in the spa, we are given the information about the route, the various steps and pauses from picking us up. The environment is very comfortable, nice and relaxing and there was also a tasting corner with water, juice, cookies and many varieties of tea. There are also some great chairs facing the huge Windows from which you can admire the pools. Very relaxing scenario. Finally we descended downstairs where is a nice tub with many hydro-massage jets, both internal and external. The path was very relaxing, what we didn't like was having to walk past the hall in robes and then it was difficult to ask questions because the staff did not have almost never had to wait for him. We would have preferred to get information as we passed by a sauna to the other because having no experience in the field didn't know if used at best.
