Take tren any where in Italy to Pompeii (no taxi) Hotel Diana is a block away from station!

Magnificent hotel located a stone's throw from the excavations of Pompeii, about 10 to 15 minutes walk and even 50 meters from the train station. Great hotel in all senses, very clean, kept well, with all the amenities needed to spend a beautiful stay. Highly qualified staff, very friendly, available to give any information regarding the visit to Pompeii and very nice. I take this opportunity to greet Giuseppe, Anna Paola and Claudia, thank you for the excellent hospitality! I recommend it to everyone!

Hotel well located quite close to the city centre and a short walk from the archaeological site. Room a little small bedding correct. Small bathroom especially the shower. Simple breakfast. Private parking.

We duly arrived for our deserved break at the hotel and I have to say from the moment we arrived until we left the customer service was outstanding, polite, helpful, nothing was to much trouble. So much so that when we do go back, we shall stay there again. Thanks to all the staff, brilliant.

Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Brilliant services from booking you transport, sight seeing, even lending you an adaptor :) Would gladly stay again. Close to all the shops, restaurants, ruins. Great.

You can't help but share the flattering previous reviews. Courtesy cleaning strategy placement in dead end that makes it quiet at night. Beautiful indoor garden and terrace for a moment of relaxation.

Let me suggest upgrading your Wi-Fi network with additional internal hot spots, but it remains a negligible detail.

Wanted Hotel in the center of Pompeii. Easily accessible by train (5 minutes walk from the station) and by car (5 minutes from the motorway exit).
Excellent service, impeccable room cleanliness and unequal staff friendliness.
International buffet breakfast and local produce. All the products served are fresh.
It offers many services such as guided tours in the excavations and for wine lovers tasting in the vineyards on the slopes of Vesuvius at the Bosco de Medici.
A thoughtless stay. Recommended.

Great hotel. Very clean with well organized spaces. Courteous staff who can advise and understand well the needs of those who come to visit these beautiful places for the first time. If necessary they can arrange the exits in the desired places. This parking is very convenient. Breakfast Very friendly staff, we were greeted by Giuseppe who helped us and immediately made ourselves comfortable to which we reserve a special mention.

I state that the room in per se was spacious and clean, but the flaws are various, meanwhile the price quite exaggerated for a bed and breakfast the structure is divided into three or more parts there is in an inland the hotel with lots of private parking but the rooms of the bed and break Fast are outside on other narrow streets within other palaces thing that for the price you pay, in brackets high enough, makes it difficult it is quite unpleasant breakfast because you have to get out of your room walking in the street a few minutes to Being able to get to the hotel to enjoy breakfast in the room as soon as we entered we found a pool of water in front of the door, but positive there is that it is in the middle of the square of Pompeii and a few minutes from the excavations.

The hotel is located in a great location right near the station, without being however far from the major attractions. The staff is very polite and professional, attentive and ready to provide us with assistance regarding some problems with the TV and the electrical system as well as very friendly in giving us suggestions about Pompeii.

This hotel has a great garden where you can sit and relax and have fresh oranges from their trees. The breakfast had an excellent variety. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

We are satisfied with our stay, the private parking is perfect and very nice under the orange blossoms, the room and the bathroom are large enough. It's not too noisy if the neighbors know how to stay discreet. I recommend.

Friendly staff. Pet friendly hotel. Perfect location if one is going to visit the ruins. They let us park the car and trailer at their parking even after we checked out so we could visit the ruins. We were allowed to borrow the restroom a couple of times later on during the day as well. We will pick the same hotel if we come back to Pompeii.

The place is very good, both the rooms and the cleanliness and decoration. Very nice and offers everything Q is needed for the Q is touring Pompeii and its archeological sites. I'm in the car and it's very advisable. The service is excellent. Friendly and speak Spanish perfectly, we got the best of the Guides to know Pompeii, even better q in the local Q provide information and sell excursions. Highly recommended!

Really lovely hotel with very helpful staff who are always very welcoming. Good breakfast and nice room. Hotel is a minute away from train station also.

The staff is impeccable and always friendly, it is 150 meters from the Cathedral of Pompeii and 200 meters from the entrance of the excavations. The rooms are very clean. If you are planning a guided tour of the excavations ask at reception, organize mini tours with guide that are worth the effort.

We stayed for five nights and all in all we had a good stay. The staff is very nice and helpful, the structure small and cared for and with private parking. The rooms are a little small with basic furnishings (a hanger even from the wall or a chair plus they would be served) but comfortable. The bathroom had some flaws: cold (the towel warmer is not adjustable independently and the window at the porthole did not close properly) then to heat it we switched on air conditioning obtaining equatorial climate in the room (with new and efficient fixtures) and lukewarm bath; Also had to download several times. The room was clean except having noticed that it was not getting past the rag on the ground but only swept. The location is absolutely strategic, very close to the station and a few steps from the center, archaeological site and Circunvesuviana. Overall the experience was still positive, I would stay here again.

We chose this property because it accepts the dogs and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful The private parking ensures you always find a place while being in a very central area. We will come back with great pleasure in this property!

A small, city hotel with clean, remodeled rooms, and pleasant and helpful staff. Just off the main street, and some off-street parking. The hotel has a nice continental breakfast, and you can buy wines from their connected winery: Bosco de'Medici. Very close to the ruins and some local shopping. The people here were very accommodating and welcoming. In the warm weather, there are plenty of outdoor spots to sit and enjoy wine or coffee, or walk round the block to the dozens of local restaurants. A nice, little find. We enjoyed it here very much.

What a little gem… Cannot recommend highly enough. Very helpful staff with good English. Every nook and cranny is beautifully decorated. The little garden is also lovely.

This place was perfect. Clean and a super friendly staff. They offer a delicious breakfast. Located just a few steps from the train station and blocks away from the Pompeii city center. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Diana.

The parking is always full, so you'll have to park outside or to leave your car's key at the reception so that that can move it. Bedroom was not clean and smelled bad. Were told to be in the main building, but we were actually not. I won't come back.

Looked after us really well. Thoroughly recommend the Pompeii tour that the hotel offers — ours was with an archeologist working on the dig who knew so much. The hotel was really clean and well organised and the room was perfect. You can have breakfast on the sunny terrace and they even have an arrangement with a local hotel to use their pool.

Best hotel we stayed in while in Europe. Very helpful and courteous staff. Convenient to the ruins (10 min walk) and other city sights. Larger showers for us big guys a plus.

Such a lovely hotel in the heart of pomeii. The room was just prefect for us. Ok the TV is all Italian but you really wouldn't spend much time in your room while staying in pomeii as there so much to see and do. The stuff are such wonderful people and they go above and beyond to help you. Franchesica so especially helpful and got to know our little habits in the 7 days we stayed there. Would defo book this hotel again and hoping to do so next year.

Best value in ltaly as far as l'm concerned. Lovely room, great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Can't wait to go back… hugely recommend for anyone visiting Pompeii!

Very good reception. Very quiet. Comfortable room for €65 in April. The Wi-Fi does not work room 203, elsewhere yes.

Affordable price. The people are very helpful and we were even served in French. The hotel is within walking distance of the ruins of Pompeii. Also parking was free.
Only thing is that we had a tiny room close to the stairs and adjacent to the parking lot. It was quite noisy during the night, but again the room was very affordable.

Pleasant, intimate, quiet, a hotel where I like to come back every time I am in Pompeii.
