I am very dissapointed with the service given. The breakfast was included in the rate but once there both bars/cafes indicated for the breakfast were closed. They didn't give me any other solution and when I asked for a reimbursement of the breakfast (10euros for 3people) I paid they never reponded back.
On top of it, the building is not finished, balconies are under contraction with scaffoldings. The rooms had lots of dust. And the internet code wasn't working.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but if writing one can save others from the horrible experience I had, I’ll write one. We came here for a cheaper stay in the Amalfi coast, so we knew things would be a bit out of the way. However, they say you’re a six minute walk to transportation when in reality we had to drag our luggage over a mile to get anywhere. They were two hours late for our check in time and locked us out and hung up on us instead of helping or at the very least, apologizing. They said they can provide you with transportation to the airport, but we called and emailed everyday with no response. There was mold and things that hadn’t been cleaned up once we got to our room, which makes me question whether they cleaned up after the people before us. Absolutely ridiculous.
