We searched a lot for an apartment in Naples in a decent area, good looking and decently priced. We chose this one which was a good deal, even with the cleaning fee, the tourist tax and the airbnb service fee (too much add-on! ). The apartment is near Piazza Cavour, convenient for access by foot and also with access to bus to airport, bus to capodimonte, subways and so on. There are lots of shops, pastry shops, pizza places, even Carrefour open in Sunday evening. The apartment is placed in a historical building, a palazzo aged at over 430 years, ground floor. The apartment is beautifully restored, with 2 columns on the side of the main room and a wall with holes /shelves to separate the areas. All the utilities are new, in perfect shape and we could live fully here with coffee, cooking, washing clothes, storing food for several days. The bed is very comfortable and we could sleep well from this perspective. There are nice books in the apartment like Napoli from bird's eye view and tea sommelier. We got water and biscuits from the owners and overall they were very helpful. There were some Internet issues from Sunday and they offered 2 alternatives urgently, pushing the provider to solve the issue. They also provided different other things we asked for.
Only 2 small things were not perfect for us. One is the lack of separation between spaces, especially phonic, but that is only because we worked and were with a kid that made noise by playing, otherwise did not matter at all.
