I have never seen such commitment from the owner anywhere else. Gennaro is a very nice guy who wants his guests to feel good. Breakfasts are super tasty, they consist of a mixture of sweet and savory pastries from local bakeries, there are also cereals, yogurts and jams, as well as delicious Neapolitan coffee and juices.
The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Every few days, bed linen and towels are changed and cleaning is carried out.
Not far from the building there is a very well-equipped supermarket and several restaurants that serve tasty and affordable Neapolitan dishes. There is a small local shop opposite the building.

Gennaro is such a great host, very welcoming and gave as a lot of tips for Naples! We loved the place. It's quiet, very beautiful, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast! Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden as well. The location is great because it's close to the airport, not too far from the city and there's parking on the premises for free! Not sure if it's such a good location if you're traveling without car tho. Will definitely recommend this to friends and consider coming back if I'm ever in Naples again.

This place is the BEST! The owner, Gennaro, is a true gentleman and so accommodating! Nothing is too much to ask for, and he absolutely goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are clean and all of the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Gennaro has his own vegetable garden and fruit trees. Fresh orange juice for breakfast every day, and often vegetables from his garden. I have to mention Gennaro’s little friend, Nerina, such a gorgeous friendly little puppy dog! 🐶

What a blessing — this place and ofcourse Gennaro who is really helpful from arriving to departure. It's like a paradise — room is clean, good equiped, and breakfast — every morning was a fantastic. The best b&b hotel in Italy. This was our very first hotel on the way. Clean and tidy bedroom, super comfortable bed and fresh linen, the room has air conditioning. Shower combined with toilet and bidet, plenty of towels, hairdryer, gel and soap. You will be separate from the rest of the guests and each will have their own bathroom, it’s just chic! For breakfast, amazing pastries and divine coffee! The owner Genaro is worthy of the highest praise, he will tell you and advise you on the best way to get to the sights, he will even advise you when to go and look at the weather forecast. His companion Nerina is a very friendly dog, you can cuddle her, she won’t mind) This hotel was the best, after it, we have never met such hospitable hosts and such cleanliness in the rooms! We couldn't have asked for a better host or accomodation!
Upon arriving, the owner asked us what our plans were and helped us follow through with the perfectly. They gave us advice on where the best restaurants were which the locals go to and even went the extra mile to book our tables and write notes for us to give to the restaurants to make ordering that much easier.
They even told us exactly how to get to the hot spots of Naples including the ancient city of Pompei and Vesuvius.
Not only that, but they were available at all times via Watts app for incase we needed any help.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and clean and my car was safely parked inside their property.
Breakfasts were delicious with different local pastries and some strong Neapolitan espresso.
To summarize:
— great location to get to everywhere you need to in Naples by train (only 20min to Pompei)
— Safe place to keep your car.
— Air con.
— Clean.
— amazing hospitality and generosity.
— great food.

We stayed 6days here for visiting Napoli and the surrounding area. Each room has private bathroom that is newly renovated and clean. We are very thankful to the air conditioner for the hottest summer throughout the history. Outstanding point is, the host is great and always try to help us. Not only our living conditions but also where to visit, where to eat and so on. He's warm hearted and available anytime. He has lovely and harmless dog as well!
