➜ Friendly and welcoming staff, unfortunately the hotel leaves a little to be desired, for dinner you have to go to the next room, in the room that I had been assigned did not work the air conditioner, did not even turn on, the curtains closed in half, the furniture were dated and even more serious the mattress had a spring coming out.
➜ Dated hotel, non-functioning air conditioning and DItto TV, after requesting it several times changed TV but no air conditioner. I would say it's time to renovate the furniture and maybe more professional staff.

Great location for those who want to go to the Sanctuary of Montevergine, in practice, just cross the street and there is the station of the funicular railway that in a seven-minute walk brings you to the sanctuary with a path that is almost thrilling, the location is also ideal for those who need a support near the "Clinic Montevergine", just a few steps away. The staff is very courteous and helpful and The prices inviting. Only flaw is the room, it should be a 4 star hotel, but I don't think absolutely that it is of that category. In the double room that I used (for one night) The bathrooms were absolutely redo it and the phone cable in the room worked badly.
