This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The people here make you feel like family. When we had no transportation to get dinner. They took us to the restaurant for takeout and brought us home. They go out of there way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here. I couldn’t of asked for a better hotel. ❤️

If you need a good cut, style, color, or recommendation on what to do… Anthony is the person to see and his in-house salon is the place to go! You can have a good chat and some great laughs too. Che posto fantastico! Shortly after moving to Napoli, I was in need of a haircut. While staying at Tulip Inn, I met Anthony just outside of his salon. He’s an EXCELLENT stylist, willing to listen to his clients, while providing professional insight. Anthony is one of the most helpful, friendly and talented stylists I’ve met. Military, NATO, DoD personnel/families stationed on or around NSA Naples Support Site should look him up. Tell him Adam sent you.

Excellent accommodation facilities, easy to reach from both Caserta, Naples and the nearby airport. Its modular meeting room is second to none and its extremely helpful staff make it a must-stay when visiting this area, not to mention the spacious dining area and scrumptious food!
A visit also to Antonio Zaccariello the resident hairstylist is an absolute must — a superb quality/price ratio along with his pleasant nature makes a trip here an experience never to forget!

Clean rooms, not the friendliest staff and if you are on business forget the internet connectivity. Wi-Fi exists but bandwidth ridiculously slow. This was a real problem for me.

You people are weird it is an italian hotel no american hotel and americans are overly nice and italians are not the nicest so get over it and modern means no comfort its supposed to just look good not feel good.

The hotel is just beside US naval logistic base. It's a good place for short stay.

The Tulip In is a great hotel right next to the US military base. Convenient if you are visiting and the base hotel is full. The hotel is fairly modern and clean and the lobby and pool are spacious. The resteraunt has all 3 meals and they are good. Only gripe is that to get to base you need to traverse a trecherous overpass with no sidewalk or take a "shuttle". The "shuttle" only operates 4 times a day and it's really just some guy's car, not an actual bus. So if you have kids than that require car seats it's not really an option.

Tree located slightly out of Aversa but very well connected to its street artery. The parking lot is very large and is also available underground for direct access to the rooms. The hotel staff right away turned out to be very friendly and helpful, with the receptionist who made us find the packed breakfast for the succissiva morning, as we went out at an earlier time than the breakfast start. The room was very large, served with a loggia (ideal for smokers) and with a good sized bathroom. The structure is new and the furniture is in contemporary style, the beds are very comfortable. Only drawback of the experience was the absence of the bar fridge in the room (which forced me to go down into the lobby in the middle of the night for a bottle of water).

I was 4 nights I had lunch and also dined. My wife and I had a great time and especially a big praise to all the staff for the courtesy and kindness and preparation. Today are all very rare things.

Hotel is in a depressing location in the sticks. Why it is called Naples Airport Hotel is totally unclear as it is 30 a by taxi from the airport.

Hotel I key Modern. Very spacious rooms. Too bad for the restaurant that offers little choice and prices a little too high compared to the quality of the menu and service.

Modern, quiet and nice rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so nice and helpful especially when I had issues with a stray dog.

On the highway Nola — Villa L'interior, located not far from Naples and very close to a U. S. Base, offers all the services of a hotel of an excellent level at competitive prices.

I should first make the disclaimer that I haven't stayed the night here, but have visited friends who have. The rooms are large, luxurious, and clean. There is plenty of storage space in the closets, and the rooms also have a safe that is pretty standard for many of the hotels I've stayed at (keypad entry, large enough to hold items like ipads or other electronics). The hotel doesn't seem to be too busy, being that it's far away from a lot of the busier parts of Compania, but it still has a full staff, all are very helpful. There's also a free shuttle service to the support site base, at a few different intervals during the day. Which is convenient if there's anyone living at the Tulip Inn temporarily, so you don't have to constantly drive to-and-from base a lot if you have a sponsee staying there.

Second time at this hotel, both in the winter. Staff is very friendly. It is pet friendly and the location is closed for US military activities and to get to the highways to travel around. Bring slippers for the floors are cold and sometimes the hallway noise is loud (music and guests) but overall a nice stay.

Is designed for travelers without too much chic schnack. For that, outside and pleasantly quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are very well equipped.

The internet was lightning fast, uploading the day's photos almost instantaneously! They serve breakfast and the room was spacious! Home away from home, a really great home base.

Rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is good. The location is strategic since the hotel is close to the superstrada that allows you to reach Napoli and Caserta easily.

Lovely staff, excellent food, good business style airport but no where close to the Airport. Name is deceiving! Naples city is just as close to airport. Cost €80 for a taxi from the port and €40 to airport.

Cleanliness and courtesy. Efficiency and kindness. Easy to reach, rooms finally spacious. It is an oasis!, in the midst of the chaos of these parts.

Great Staff, extremely friendly and helpful. If you need help with calling a cab or a business out in town they are more than willing to assist you. The restaurant in the hotel is great! All the food is made fresh and the staff is very attentive to ensure that whatever you need is taken care. The facility is new but most of the staff have a lot of experience within the Golden Tulip company coming from the Castel Volturno location and the Caserta location. The hotel is extremely clean, and there is a gated entrance that is manned to ensure the location is secure for guests. I had my two dogs with me during my stay and there is a fenced off area in the back area of the hotel campus specifically for pets to be able to go to the bathroom at. The Wi-Fi is a little spotty in some locations but with such a large building and with it being new I understand the growing pains in configuring everything correctly. I personally didn't have any issues with Wi-Fi but one of the guests I talked to at the bar mentioned it and so I thought I would include it to be fair. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate how helpful and attentive the hotel staff at the Tulip Inn have been during my stay.

About the only thing going for this place is that it is close to the Naval Support Facility. Don't stay here unless you have a ride or a car, though. Otherwise you'll be forced to cross the bridge of death on foot, a narrow two-lane bridge with blind curves and no sidewalk that you must cross to reach the support site. I asked about a shuttle to and from the support site, and was told that it would cost me 15€ per day to drive me 1 mile across the bridge of death and back. The food is awful and over-priced. Don't expect the Internet to work if the hotel is full. There is a small kitchenette, but with only a few plates, some silverware, and two pans. The beds are hard. The air conditioners work great, and there is a decent market and restaurant up the street within walking distance.

New and helpful staff, but missing some details. They call this an "airport hotel" but it is miles and miles away from the airport. Don't stay here if you don't have a car. You cannot walk anywhere without risk of getting run over because there aren't any sidewalks. You have to call for a cab. Also, there is a small kitchenette on the room, but no plates or utensils or even a cup or glass for water. The pool doesn't have any place to sit or any shade. The whole place is kind of cold and devoid of any warm or human touch. Almost as if it is a space people work at without ownership or a manager that can add things like wall art to make it feel more hospitable. Breakfast is decent but limited. On the plus side, the Internet works and is clean.

We were treated very well and even though we checked in after the dining room had closed (2100). The front attendant held us a table for 2130 and we ate well.

Good spacious rooms. Clean, neat.
