Hotel cancelled our reservation a week before our planned stay there, completely ruining our honeymoon. Right now we are left with tickets to the theatre in Naples, Pompei etc but without acommodation. Staff and manager in hotel offered to help in finding a new place but actually did nothing for a whole day… I didn't expect such problems as I booked my stay there via booking. Com… I wish I didn't choose Naples as my destination, after whole year of pandemic and working my a** in the hospital I just wanted to relax with my bride… Seems like 2020 is still strong in this one : (

Beautiful Historic building, spacious rooms with great food & first-class service for all your needs.!

1. I haven't get a room for a what I have paid.
2. Air conditions in the room don't work and its was 30°C.
3. Mini bar don't work.
4. You can't eat nothing from 14h to 19h from the restaurant because kitchen it's closed.
5. Difficult communication because 90% from the personal don't speak english.
6. You can't get just simple ICE in your room because it's too hot and you don't have a air conditions and no mini bar (frigo).
7. You have jacuzzi in the bathroom but that don't work too…

I was there last weekend two nights with a very large group, I was very disappointed by a 4-star S property I was expecting a lot more, the property is beautiful antique with a large park but unfortunately not cared for, the dirty cleanliness rooms and basic! dated, humidity everywhere, not working doccino is inconvenient I also paid the supplement to have a single which then was a double side road crossing very noisy is dangerous (in fact one night there was a 'road accident and night in white! ) very nice breakfast and dinner staff, kitchen to improve nothing special despite the area offering so many fine products, good central location and wi fi, (they had been notified in advance of our arrival) so all the more reason is inadmissible a inadequate customer care.

Experience negativissima, a new year's eve nightmare. The first positive approach, reception, rooms very large and warm, but immediately after a lot of surprises. It was not possible to take a shower in cold water, problems to the boiler, all of this we were a group of friends all with children under 3 years of age. Dinner very bad, food very poor, almost non-existent, poor service, piano bar null and void, if it had not been for the cell phone of a friend attached to the cabinets at midnight and one minute we'd all gone to sleep. The day after worse, the management does not believe our words, for which a group of us, after much bicker, he decided to go away without wanting to stay a minute more.

Apart from not having a lot of variation in the restauration menu nothing to say. Hotel has a good view on the seaside. In between Naples Pompeii and Serento. Transport easy by train. Service very good. Very clean rooms, Swimming pool fantastic. Very much recommended.

Beautiful structure. Located in. A. Ppsto wonderful, though. Needs renovation. But what stands out more than the eye. And lack of hygiene and cleanliness, toilets dirty sheets spece on the floors much less the houses
And a beautiful place but. Needs more cleaning.

The service was great and also the food of good quality. The event was quite informal but run with elegance. The Only flaw in the air conditioning that has not allowed us to eat without feeling the strong heat and perhaps the quantities of the opening aperitif a little ' reduced.

I had an excellent balcony and view of both Vesuvius and Capri. I was happy to see the full breakfast as well.

Nice location with historical content and with lots of greenery, grove and pool. Great for celebrating events thanks to its spaces, to the good food and to the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

Villa of 1600 now hotel. Nice outdoor park with citrus trees and various essences. Not totally renovated. Decadent and seemingly dusty and stale interior…

Very disappointed. Hotel does not have the facilities it advertises. Only 1 restaurant, the other are not opened yet. Grounds are in very poor condition. Room smells like an open drain. Air conditioning does not cool, so hot nights leave the choice of sweltering or mosquitoes. Staff have barely engaged with us since we arrived. Only benefit is the close proximity to herculean. Would not recommend.

Lousy restaurant service. The pasta is nothing good. Slow service No, next. Not recommended.

Externally very nice environment with a large and relaxing park; It has the structure of a patrician palace. The rooms are also frescoed but the furnishings are a little dated. The service is of considerable courtesy, and also the restaurant not expensive; Maybe not served many dishes in assortment. It's not expensive.

Born as one of the most beautiful villas of the famous Golden Mile, between Herculaneum and Torre del Greco. Nice hotel. The rooms on the street are very panoramic but a little noisy. It has a very nice interior park. Suitable for events and ceremonies. Sufficient kitchen.

I Ioved this hotel. Yes it is maybe in need of a facelift but it has a beautiful found. The staff are lovely, especially the chap we met in reception. The breakfast was lovely and lots of food available. Gardens are wonderful. The room (502) was a little damp but one quick lash of the air conditioning cleared that! The shower head was not working which we asked at reception about but that did not get repaired. However, I think the positive far outweighed the negatives. I would definitely stay again.

Brilliant Base to stay. 10 minutes walk to train station through busy Street offering all sorts. Hotel is OK, as rooms go it has a lot to offer. Reception staff are very helpful and always go that extra to help. Breakfast was very good. Wide choice of continental foods. Poolside is lovely and well kept enjoyed time here and would come back if in area.

An absolutely lovely hotel, excellent gardens and a very nice interior. Went for drinks, was fairly expensive but service was fast and surroundings were lovely.

Very nice hotel with excellent pool and huge gardens. Five minute walk to Herculaneum and 20 by train to Pompeii. Not a lot around hotel but would recommend Pizzeria Luna Caprese for a cheap and cheerful pizza.

Very close to train station for napoli very helpful and accommodating staff with good spoken English, small but good breakfast buffet, nice pool and pretty grounds.

I was at this facility for a conference. The location and the reception are of the highest level.

Location is great for visiting the archeologcal site. A beautiful hotel, lovely room & bathroom, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Gardens are magnificent and a real bonus after visiting Herculaneum on a hot day! Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as was our waiter at dinner. Excellnt breakfast in beautiful elegant surroungings.

We step in with the groups, so just at lunchtime, but from what I see nice atmosphere and courteous staff, and as far as bathrooms and common areas, cleanliness.

Room to improve: 1 Our shower wouldn't close so water went everywhere when we showered. 2 Wi-Fi wouldn't work in the room. 3 Balcony was… Kinda scary. Felt like anyone could climb up and break in. Positive qualities: 1 Staff was warm, polite, intelligent. 2 Grounds were unusual, interesting, unique. 3 You could feel the history. 4 Bed was comfortable. 5 Food was good.

Beautiful hotel in General. Small details that could be better treated in the facility. Beautiful rooms and fabulous Park at 20 metres from the magnificent ruins of Herculaneum. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Silent retreat in the big Park ⛲ and by the pool after a day discovering Herculaneum, MAV Museum and Vesufio.

Pretty nice hotel with large and convenient rooms. Front desk personal was really friendly and competent as well as capable of a decent English. Communication in English with the waiters of the restraurant was a bit difficult, though. Only downside I would say is the ragged park, which could be great otherwise! Same holds for the outward appearance of the hotel, but that fits the rest of the region.

Very good hotel, very nice spacious rooms and adjacent Park beautiful, pleasant staff, everything is good, I really recommend it.
