We booked with this host, and the booking was confirmed and paid for. While we were on the 2-hour train ride from Rome to the property, the host suddenly cancelled the reservation. When we informed him that we were already on the train with nowhere to go, his response was completely indifferent, stating it was not his problem.
​Furthermore, when we asked about the refund process—considering it was a Saturday and bank transfers might be delayed until Monday—he showed total disinterest, gave no explanation or justification, and acted as if he had done nothing wrong. He did not even offer a simple apology.
​Leaving a family stranded on the train with no place to stay, without showing any responsibility, manners, or basic humanity, made this a very stressful experience. This was simply our experience for information.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were dirty. It was in the most sketchy area where our taxi driver was concerned to drop us off at. The rooms were disgusting and it felt so unsafe.
They also scammed me out of $20.
Do not go here if you are traveling alone or with just girls.
