If you're looking for a quiet, neat, simple but really comfortable this is it! Upon arrival Martina & Dana introduced me Ercolano and surroundings. I took note about everything recommended by them. My room, the one named Diana, is spacious with a drawer, a rag with some hangers for my clothes and a backyard balcony with a little table and some chairs. Regular breakfast was daily prepared the previous night, ready for one as soon as stood up. I strongly recommend to complete your breakfast choices by visiting one of the several supermarkets in Ercolano for one not to move once arrived back from the day excursions or plans. Basic kitchen is offered, microwave and gas cuisine is at guest's disposal. Regarding connections with Ercolano center be aware that Uber is not picking you up in their address. You are to walk a little bit to be catch up. The same happens with the rental by minute company offering electrical bikes, motorbikes and scooters. You are to leave it few meters away from the entrance of this B&B. It's better to go and come back from Ercolano Portici Station than Ercolano Scavi. Just 15 min walking distance in a moderate rhythm. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! ¡¡¡Grazie tante Martina & Dana!

This is a B&B with all the trimmings.
At first, upon entering, I thought we would spend the night in their house, but the entire ground floor is for rental. Everyone has their own bathroom, there is a kitchen with all the trimmings, a room with a dining area where you can eat or watch TV. Outside there is a beautiful terrace where you can sit and your car is safely within the fences.
There are a number of good pizza places where you can order food.
You can walk to the Herculaneum, which seems to be more beautiful and cheaper than Pompeii, according to our landlord.
And you can reach Vesuvius in 20 — 30 minutes.

The property and owners are wonderful. We stayed one night.
The property is inviting and comfortable. Service was outstanding. The rooms were very clean. Rates are very reasonable.
We took a walk down the street, didn't feel safe, and came back to the property. On site gated parking made us feel much better.
The location is the only reason I gave an overall score of 4 stars.
I hope the municipality can get it's act together and develop a safer feeling area for Anthea B&B. The owners undoubtedly put a lot of work into making this property what it is.
Anthea B&B is the only reason I would visit Ercolano again.
