I had dinner just last night at this place, for me new, and I was more than satisfied with the dishes proposed. I have tasted excellent dishes of excellent quality, cooked divinely and presented impeccably. The owners are very hospitable and friendly as are those who collaborate there. Those who visit Poplars can not fail to try the cuisine of "Sensitive".

Fantastic dishes! The kitchen is truly exquisite! Top quality and prices even more! If you want to enjoy a cut of meat that literally melts in your mouth in an explosion of flavors, then I suggest you to enjoy their black Angus Is spectacular! Staff very friendly and nice.

I have been traveling around this part of Italy for the past 2 weeks and this restaurant was the best dining experience we had. The view is absolutely stunning, and the food is amazing! If you are in the area and looking for a place to eat, the commitment to quality and service is outstanding here. The building before it turned into a restaurant was the owner;s family house, he turned his childhood bedroom into a kitchen, after he spent years of cooking in Paris and Florida. So if you are English speaking person, here you will understand everything.

We celebrated the first birthday of little Mattia at The Sensitive. A beautiful place located in a high and scenic area of Poplar.
The appearance of the place is welcoming both on the outside and in its interior, with warm colors, the clientele is varied, the place is in fact suitable for everyone, and the atmosphere is simple but cheerful.
"Francis" with a nice smile accompanied us to our table, booked the day before (I recommend the reservation if you want to dine on the terrace with a beautiful panorama), always very polite and courteous he knew how to advise us. We took starters and first (I recommend the meatballs as a starter) all accompanied by a great wine (the wine list was selected perfectly) and to conclude they delighted us with their desserts…

Posto d'eccellenza. Piatti originari e ricercati, location particolare sul golfo. Ho mangiato in questo bel locale in una tranquilla sera d'estate. Decisamente delizioso. Lo consiglio!

Let me start by saying the four stars for the quality of what we eat and for sea view. The restaurant is top quality and shows attention to raw materials and slow food. Distinguished atmosphere and romantic; the menu is very short, little variety but better so if you affect positively on quality as it has been. The price is medium-high: a starter in 2 (soppressata di Gioi and cheese), two starters, a water and a pinot from 375 ml for € 57. Very high quality served flawlessly but on paper placemat and napkin-like plastic.

I have eaten at several occasions. Always impeccable service.
Great food, always fresh and qualitatively very good.

This is a place in a wonderful region with a great view to the sea.
