It was not a simple Sunday lunch but an experience of flavors. Congratulations, it was a real sensory and gustatory journey but above all a special compliment to Pasquale who welcomed us in a simple but elegant way and to his formidable display of dishes!

All extraordinary, starting with the reception of the metre that gently opens the door and accompanies in the hall. Here, the harmony of the gourmet created by the warm colors, the cozy space and the right tone of the musical background are of perfect impact. Next, that "something even more" comes with the dishes: a combination of quality, perfume and excellent "mis en place" that, enhanced by the care of every detail, finds the ideal arrival of anyone who seeks in food an authentic sensory experience. Dulcis in fundo, the meeting with the chef Giuseppe Misuriello at the end of dinner that follows a few passages, so that it is light on the details and nothing can be considered random.

Dining at Locanda Severino makes you realize how you can propose a cuisine of quality even in places not exactly Central.
Everything in the Inn is perfect: the reception, la mise en plain, the metre-sommelier David (which creates a link with the kitchen essential), the menu.
We chose a menu composition with choice of dishes in the paper (which also welcome snacks General initials, and a Victor after dessert pastry). The Black truffle and Cheese Pizza was delicious; the Lagane with hummus, black chick pea of Materdomini and Bacon, very good indeed; the trout of the Tanagro with spinach and mozzarella foam and licorice, delicate … Not to mention the desserts: How do you make a chocolate dessert with fried peppers in Basilicata?
