The only positive note is the cleanliness. For the rest the bar does not offer anything. There is no animation activity. Wifi almost absent. They are still very kind. Breakfast is very sparse with long-life milk.

I call it a perfect watch… where every ticking is given by the very professional staff, but at the same time very talkative and helpful… great cuisine from breakfast to dinner … only flaws the meteooooooo, but of this the excellent team has no fault.

Gorgeous place a stone's throw from the sea. Spacious room with relaxation corner outside. Very hearty breakfast and doing it by the pool is a taste for the eyes! The girls at reception are always available to give you advice and very knowledgeable! Outside the resort there is not so much but we took the bikes and arrive in Agropoli in a few minutes. To come back… Super recommended!

A wonderful place, cared for, welcoming and with a very kind, prepared and very nice staff … they can make you feel at home. I will definitely come back!

The queue say? It was a unforgettable vacation. All beautifully perfect. The staff prompt and attentive to our every request. The lord Adele and Ermelinda are two people who put heart in what they do and made us feel pampered from the beginning to the end. The waiters and the maitre have delighted our convivial moments with a smile and with discretion. This was the first holiday with our baby of 6 months who has had a treatment with the flakes… every morning ordinavo his past fresh vegetable and she also enjoyed the excellent cuisine. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained, it is cleaned and cleaned daily.
However, the prices for food and drinks are far too expensive, price-performance ratio is not right. Were very disappointed by it.

I stayed at this property with my wife 10 days in early July and on a long weekend in early August and will probably be back for another week in late August. I did not submit the review immediately after the first stay to be more serene and more certain of my impressions.
The resort offers everything you can expect from a property of its level. What impresses most and makes this resort exceptional is the special customer attention of all the people who operate there. From the most representative figures of the resort to the least critical. You immediately notice the particular tourist vocation of the Property: the staff has been selected with the "vision" of those who know the goal to be achieved. Congratulations!
Some examples of very accurate professionalism: Mrs. Adele who makes the guest of the resort feel as if she were the only one to stay there, Chef Andrea who charms the palate with the pleasantness that offers from breakfast to dinner, the maitre Emanuele and the Mrs Francesca, excellent hosts of the restaurant, the lifeguard Nicola who would like to make the beach (beautiful) like the floor of the living room, the bartender, the cleaning staff, the maintenance workers. All truly unique.
I recommend this resort to those who want to spend a different holiday in an unusual property.

Great seaside resort. Cosy rooms, helpful staff, great kitchen, swimming pool with hot tub, private beach.

This time we really wanted to have nothing missing so enchanted by the photos and services promised we agreed to pay in advance more than usual to make our children live an experience to remember… In fact despite the discount of 100 euros recognized by the owners at the time of the balance, we came back very disappointed… The last week of June was a structure still under construction… upon our arrival the pool water was dirty … in the following days they managed to clean it but the pool remained very slippery and devoid of lifeguard, the outdoor lounge for all the terraces arrived the day before we left, the buffet of the contours as well was laid out after 3 days from our arrival … The site's well-stocked children's playground does not exist (it consisted of 3 games for children no older than 3/4 years old).
Of the animation promised and confirmed by email no trace. Yes… you Mrs. Adele soft for charity! For us a couple of guys who had animated those sad poolside evenings with dim lighting and depressing music… would have been more than enough!. It only knows an hour (SOOOFT! for our kids! The fridge of the 102 did not work (I needed it to store medicine and milk of the baby) I report it and I hear from Ms. Adele that I could not expect it to cool like the one at home! I had to put everything in the working fridge of my sister's room and disturb her every time. Basically, be careful because when you read "soft animation" it means "absence of any form of animation".

Non-existent amenities: the kids' club wasn't there, the playground wasn't there, the animation wasn't there, the much-lame lounge outside the room wasn't there… But we all paid for all these services and we took this place precisely for these services by having children.
The manager kept telling us they were coming, and at the end of the week she told us they weren't included.
Restaurant and great service, top lifeguard.
Too bad… it would have been enough not to be teased by the manager.

We leave this structure leaving even a piece of heart. Elegant and refined location just a short walk from the beach, beautiful also the pool cared for in the details, large and equipped with every comfort the rooms. Excellent and refined cuisine, a thank you for delighting the palate to chef Andrea. A heartfelt thank you to Gianluca and Francesca for their professionalism, kindness and sympathy that made us feel at home. All decidedly above our expectations. Thank you all. See you soon.
