Very poor quality of the rooms.

Although the room was very small!

Professional organization and perfect with a lot of adaptation to the new Covid rules. Exquisite food. Friendly and punctual waiters. Great for big ceremonies.

Superb hotel with beautiful rooms, a magnificent swimming pool, very helpful reception staff. But a breakfast unworthy of a 4 star. Basic ingredients, nothing hot (no staff in the kitchen in the morning to make cooking), pt lunch to take in the room while the rooms are not equipped to make lunch 3 people. I know Covid 19 imposes rules but other hotels have made buffets with more stringent hygiene measures or in-room lunches worthy of the name. To see again because totally unworthy of this kind of hotel.

Loving this chic and elegant hotel, thoughtfully decorated with superb service and attention to detail. The pool area is exceptional and to have a Michelin star restaurant here — Osteria Arbustico — is an exclusive and inviting option. Can’t wait to try it tonight. They are setting up for a wedding and it is an absolutely dreamy location for this type of event. The beach is nearby as are the historic Greek temples. Don’t overlook Paestum and the Royal Hotel Paestum when planning your stay in Italy.

Very good location The kitchens were really well cared for and clean (in fact you can observe them because they are on sight, and this is one of the strengths of this hotel/restaurant).
The great food, apart from the risotto, seemed prepared with my cheese.
But this particular is irrelevant to my opinion. Great for Weddings!

Hotel is beautiful, and service is very friendly. The room was cosy, but unfortunately the window was covered so we couldn't see out (possibly due to nearby residential property). Breakfast was okay (no hot food).

I stayed 2 nights for a wedding and I have to say that the deal is unbeatable.
The food is very good and the cleanliness is excellent.
The accommodation is the only thing that would improve certain details such as flaws in the objects, some small desconchon, the silicone shower yellow but advisable 100% the breakfasts are very good quality although a tad short on offer.
Even with everything I give 5 stars because we have been a few days very nice and all the small imperfections go unnoticed.

Chaotic arrival as hotel overbooks. Some family members had to change hotels, so it was no longer a family holiday as planned. Financially, you couldn't accommodate anyone, nor else.
Rooms are very modern at first glance, but on closer inspection you can see various defects. Our sound system had no power cable, the TV cable was not taped off at the last coat of paint and is dirty. Towels were used in some cases. Not changed, just refolded and hung, my son's Nintendo must have been stolen by staff, the pool is very limited, as the wedding parties in the hotel have a greater significance, the window could not be opened, the Air conditioning broke and no one took care of it, the shower door does not close, staff is overwhelmed and partly unkind, beach is 1 km away and not 400 m, as partially described, Safe did not go, etc …
Praising is the fantastic food from the chef during the wedding. And visually, the facility is very nice.

Good food but average accommodation.

Upscale dining, the place is very well cared for and luxurious. The food is mostly of artisan origin, from the dairies of Paestum to the traditional dishes of the area. Very recommended.

I was at the Royal Hotel in Paestum for a really well organized reception, long buffet in the garden/pool and then lunch of a few courses, a great solution. The setting is really nice, especially the outdoor area with deck chairs and covered area. The resort is full of restaurants, sometimes too pompous, all with a very elegant setting and full of greenery like the hotel in question. Nice experience.

Locale lussuoso. Presente per un compleanno, è stata una serata molto piacevole, la location era molto accogliente, il personale competente, disponibile e simpatico. Non molto difficile da raggiungere in auto. Nel complesso lo consiglio a tutti.

The place is nice, very modern luxurious. The wedding hall well taken care of, certainly to visit. Also the gourmet food Not bad. Exterior with swimming pool and fountain that makes a lot of scenography for cutting cake. Large outdoor area for outdoor buffets.

The hotel is very modern already from the outside: in the back it has a large parking lot with a nice garden with lawn and platform that surrounds a central fountain, taking us to the outside room of the hotel; In front of the entrance we have another parking lot. A bronze colonnade that you have in front of the entrance makes the royal distinguishable from the other premises. The outdoor room has a large gazebo and overlooks the pool and has a bar and an ice-cream corner. The interior room is very modern, all in white illuminated by cold lights and led along the walls. I was at a wedding and both the food and the staff were great. The kitchen is kilometre 0 and with only seasonal products. There is a wide selection of wines.

I got married in this hotel and I would answer another thousand times. Fabulous Location taken care of in the smallest detail. The owner Vito is an exceptional man, professional and very kind, always ready to satisfy your every request. The food is something magical and spectacular together and the whole staff is excellent. The rooms then are really impeccably furnished, always clean and tidy and very cozy.

Marriage celebrated by a few days, and in the eyes, we still have all the beauty of the location, the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of Vito, the owner of the structure. Even today, the people call to congratulate on the choice made. I could go back I would choose a thousand other times, this as the location for our wedding. Identify it with a single word: FLAWLESS!

It's nice, but not all rooms are on the same level. Some are excellent, some mediocre. Upon arrival we had to wait almost two hours beyond check-in before entering, but the staff is really nice, and the pool is great, as the entire Cabinet.

Customer focus is the imperative of the property. An excellent Hotel as our base for visiting the area. To keep in mind the hotel's restaurant.

Great place for receptions with pool and all the amenities of a high end restaurant. Bring obviously mostly based on fish for a sea area even if you don't see it. Because it's in the town. Highly qualified personnel if a little cold and disinterested to guest requests, but no complaints about the service.

Cilento, land beautiful, is shrouded in many mysteries. What concerns us more closely is: because a vast territory — closed by the Alburni mountains and Vallo di Diano — and so packed with unique raw materials — mozzarella, white figs, the bean Controne, excellent cheeses — does not generate a proportionate amount of restaurants where you can eat well?
Here we are at Royal Paestum.
We entrusted to the maitre d ', who opened the dance with the variation of Buffalo (8 euros), a triptych of fried with Buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil. Afterwards, the raw seafood (10 Euros), served on a slab of pink salt, a tasty ' Ndundero (10 euros), a fresh pasta with tomato sauce and creamed yellow Capaccio, toma bufalino and friggitielli. And the fantastic sea Parmigiana (12 euro) served in boccaccio campano. You could argue to decide who should finish it with a spoon, so much good.
