I did not stay at this hotel but I called asking if a master bedroom was available for certain days, they said "yes", as I specified that I had regalbox I was told I have to book in December! But do you think it's possible?!
what do you write to do if you don't let them stay?!

The experience was awful… we didn't keep an eye all night, right under our windows they had organized a private party with ball music and squeals until 2 a. M. Zero consideration for paying hotel guests… From check-in we immediately saw the lack of kindness and competence of the staff, who first wanted to trim a quadruple when the reservation had been made for a quintuplae they demanded payment even before they had seen the room. This property has a shameful attitude towards guests! I don't usually do bad reviews but I really haven't gone to a hotel worse than this… avoid it like plague if you want to rest a minimum and if you want to be treated decently.
