Spacious and very nice room.

The location was great. The hotel is one block from the Palace and one block from the train station. We enjoy walking and there were plenty of places to go and eat within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was great.

I would recommend this hotel for a thousand different reasons. Cleaning, courtesy, breakfast rich by kings and queens, comfortable rooms and with every service, availability of staff at high levels and always ready to meet every request, have facilitated us in all our needs. You can bring animals and they helped us in this situation too. I don't remember all the names, the Francesca lady tickets was super nice, I repeat anyway as all the hotel staff…

Recommended hotel in all aspects: rooms are really comfortable, the location is perfect for visiting the royal palace of Caserta, excellent cuisine and qualified and nice staff … in particular, the directors of the room, Francesco, and Domenico. Thank you for the happy stay.

Clean hotel great room friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommended! The hotel is practically next to the Palace and is also contracted with a guarded parking lot.

Great location, very nice staff, breakfast more than plentiful. Recommended for short stays. The flaw? I'm sorry to say but the cleanliness left something to be desired, the bathroom smelled of mold and the furniture more than ruined. But I know you can get better.

Clean and quiet hotel in great location to walk to the Caserta Palace or the city centre.
Rooms are small but new and with all the amenities (climate, minibar fridge, television, Wi-Fi, shower with variable-colorled LED lights).
The breakfast room is well organized with a rich buffet.
In the evening there is also restaurant service on the ground floor.
Hotel recommended for short stays.

Hotels in great location in Caserta. It is a short walk to the Palace and the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Inside the hotel there is a good restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, with rare options including a shower with chromotherapy and soundproof rooms.
The "Reggia package" is excellent with Saltafila tickets included.

At the reception they are very courteous. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very good. The waiters in the restaurant for dinner a bit shallow, while the morning waitresses were great. Overall it is to be recommended.

Great to visit the palace. It's practically in the front garden. You can park and leave the car as the centre of Caserta is 2 steps away. The hotel is clean and well maintained suitable for a 4 star. Also the bathrooms are OK. Bed quite comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all comforts and well-soundproofed. Recommended.

Excellent location to visit the palace and easy to get to the nearby station and highway. Few parking spaces available but sopperiscencon a public parking agreement right in front. Clean comfortable and great services and helpful staff.

The rooms are really nice decorated and warm with a touch of technology. Tried also the food with italian specific in the restaurant and I would say it's pretty nice, was tasty. The location is great but there is a problem with the parking, the front parking is full always, you can have a paid parking with some discount for the hotel.

The room (triple) was excellent. Large bathroom, comfortable and with hydro-massage. The TV has a premium service. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff. The Ristorante (dinner) leaves a lot to be desired considering how much is paid. Better eat out. The garage is in front when there is no place in front of the hotel (only about 6 places) and you pay aside (8 euros per night) thing you discovered on the last day.

Great hotel. Central. Agreement with the Palace… they let us in for free with vouchers of the structure. The rooms are large and spacious, always spotless. Great breakfast and lunch. Staff very friendly.

Great hotel in the center of Caserta. Ideal location for everything, three minutes from the train station a minute from the Reggia di Caserta just a few steps from the center.
Great rooms, not very spacious but comfortable and also the restaurant is of quality for the car, the structure is conventioned with a parking in front, the night charge is included in the receipt of the Hotel, to be presented to the cashier before leaving.

A beautiful hotel with clean and very large rooms. Very good breakfast It also has the restaurant, but I didn't use it. Private and friendly staff and then a panorama of the Reggia di Caserta to be breathless. All at a very low price in relation to quality.

The hotel is in a great location just a stone's throw from the palace.
The rooms are large and bright, but some are still under renovation. The breakfast is plentiful and of quality.
The only negative is the street in front, very busy and dark.

The rooms are fantastic, inside each one is a television, the rooms are soundproof and the bathroom is arranged a very large shower with speaker from which you can hear the audio of the television that is in the room, all adjustable through A special button. The lights managed entirely with a touch control, the same that is outside its door, which instead has the function of opening this and doorbell, add a touch of luxury and tech that the room already has in itself thanks to a wonderful décor.

Best location in town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the palace. Very large room and super clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Free parking in front of the hotel for very few cars; practically unusable; Excellent the convention with parking in front, safe and at the convenient rate of 10 am/24 hours. A few meters to the area of restaurants, clubs and shops.

Excellent service and accomodation. Double room is Wide, Clean and comfortable. Location is very good to visit the centre of the city and Reggia di Caserta.

Free parking is just 8 cars capacity. You probably find it full. There is another parking 10€/day.

Very nice room and bathroom. Fresh, clean, and comfortable. Wish the king bed was just one piece. But the view of the palace from the room was awesome! Amazing breakfast, lots to pick from and everything taste great!

In a great location beside the castle. They gave us a few room upgrade with Ann amazing view! Really helpful staff. Parking is extremely limited and the guy that runs it is amazing! On the way there prepare yourself to be horribly hassled by crazy men that try to force you to park near the castle since they assume that is your destination.

Hotel quite nice inside. The area less so, it's close to the Palace, but too close to the bus station and train station. You will get hassled by all sorts of characters and do not walk alone later at night. If it was 2 blocks over, I would give it 4 stars. The breakfast was average.

Is in front of the Royal Palace of Caserta but not a great neighborhood (not the hotel's fault). The hotel has a very large lobby and parking is very small. The rooms excellent.

In front of the entrance of the Palace of Caserta and 100 m from the station! staff very friendly. Room impeccable at an attractive price. A perfect night.

Close to the train station and the Royal Palace. Is probably the best hotel in Caserta. Comfortable single room with a French bed, tv, Wi-Fi, very large bathroom with shower with Chromotherapy. Priced right and professional staff. Recommended for business trips.

I only spent one night here but I have to say that the room was very respectable.

Very modern and chic hotel. Located near to Baroque Palace and with additional parking available across the street in a safe lot for €10. Wi-Fi was responsive, room and facilities were nicely maintained and designed. Full spread at breakfast, inclusive of hit and cold options, as well as the typical Italian fare. Pets and children welcomed.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, near the train station, the Royal Palace of Caserta and the city centre. We booked on the internet and were given a room overlooking the Palace. That it is a structure designed more for business, and therefore the rooms (and their cabinets) are a bit small, and the breakfast is the typical "continental". You can park your car for free in the small parking opposite the hotel or, for a few euros for 24 hours at valet parking across the road, very busy but efficient. Interesting restaurant, stylish and with prices aligned to competition. The staff is professional and correct.

I was there for work a few days ago and I had the idea of being in a 4 star hotel.
The hallway carpets in front of the rooms are sprinkled with huge stains of bleach.
The evening I arrived the AC was off and then the room freezing cold.
There was not even a blind window, but a simple white curtain, so the light of the courtyard below illuminated felicemene the room until morning, not to mention the noise of the air conditioner.
The shower had no longer any trace of the chrome, the bathtub rough and worn and the bathroom door that looked like it was never clean.
The property then has a small car park of which I could never enjoy as some machines badly parked it blocked access, so I was forced to Park elsewhere.
On the other hand, however, I really enjoyed the friendly staff, helpful and welcoming.
I still wonder how all of this cost me even 110 euros per night!

After a few days from my review, I have been contacted by the Hotel Manager, with whom I had a nice conversation.
It's a very friendly and genuinely interested in my impressions in addition had the kindness to inform me that soon will start the restoration and renovation of the hotel. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the news that today there are still people who know how to exploit proactively a simple criticism, and that in the name of love for their work putting in first place the needs of its customers.
