We had an unforgettable day, everything was perfect. Starting from the dream location, impeccable food, excellent service. We were followed and accompanied by the organization to the care of every detail. Exquisite people, we thank the owner Antonio, the staff Andrea, Pasquale, Daniela and the rest of the collaborators who supported us in a special way. After the wedding they hosted us for the first night since the structure is also hotel, they pampered us and made us feel at home until the following day. Nothing to say, we couldn't wish for better.

The Seagull is a perfect location, where you can celebrate all kinds of events and spend relaxing days in a pleasant way, Lisa and Tony are always available to customers and the staff are always kind.
My husband and I got married there in April 2019 and then returned on another occasion. As always all special, great food and spectacular views.

If you want to relax… You've found the right place. In addition, kindness and sophistication are the master. I recommend it to everyone.

We chose this location for our wedding and couldn't have made a better choice. I'm the best restaurant i've ever gone. We just celebrated our wedding here. All perfect, food VERY. I recommend lobster and raw food. Kind staff, fantastic owners.

Good views from most rooms some with balcony. Sauna area on roof has fantastic views over bay great for sunset photos. Restaurant expensive not the leanest stake I've had. Nicer and cheaper food in local restaurants.

I put 1 star because it's the least I can put.
Beautiful place with beautiful view thanks to the nature of God or not of the human being.
I have been 2 years in a row in this place, where the first year I was fine but you could reason about the prices.
This year exorbitant prices from a 5-star hotel with substandard amenities, dirty rooms, faulty accessories, unqualified staff, except x the receptionist Rosa, and the waiter Luigi, but x the rest and just to advise against.
Left the room on purpose in disarray, and found on the return practically the same with evidence made by me.
Left cream on the ground with a spider made by me on the 2nd day and found equal.
Room is cleaned at 15:00 in the afternoon, practically inaccessible.
Very good food even though I had dysentery x varied days and various medical and doctor's expenses.
I made complaints several times to some administrator not knowing who I was or who I was they dismissed me by making me talk to a waiter. It's a shame.
I do not recommend it and I will stop here otherwise I could go on for x hours.
And then do not come to me to say sorry or not apology:When one day you do some white hair and some life experience then it may be that I will reevaluate you.

In short, I really understand the positive comments about this restaurant…
I say. But how is it possible that in such a location there is such a 'lack of professionalism' and care?  
You expect everything from this place but except all this…
If you can't handle weddings — regular clients… why leave the possibility of receiving customers? you can't imagine making a better figure with a simple answer … : sorry but it causes marriage the room and completely occupied, so it is not possible to welcome customers for dinner.
Avoiding seriously bad figures that damage the image of the restaurant.
But at this point… I don't think it's even an ongoing marriage issue…

This beautiful place has only the location.
Personally, I'm never going to set foot on it again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
And I'm so sorry… because I dare to imagine a tourist who is minimally cultured in terms of catering and normally demanding of quality. What can describe us and our way of working in southern Italy after i've stayed in this place.
What do we deserve? immense beauties and unrivalled mismanaged by feeding the already bad opinion of us abroad about professionalism?

I recommend the "Seagull" for its stunning panoramic view, staff always in the room attentive to the tables if there is no water wine etc…
The yummy kitchen and fresh fish packed with elegance, a person always in the bathroom for continuous cleaning, great children's entertainment, a tip try to believe! congratulations to all and good continuation "Seagull"

Got my order wrong, brought back the correct dish with no fork, asked for a take-away cup… got ignored. Are 8 waiters, half of them clueless. Not worth it. Better places around here. The 2 stars are for the nice view by the way.

We chose this restaurant X the communion and baptism of our children and I must say that we were very pleased! New structure, well taken care of. Great food and very friendly and helpful staff! The only flaw is that it was packed, although the room is huge, there were 15 ceremonies. The day was hot, the room was open so no air conditioning and we suffered x the too hot! X the rest everything great… Nothing to say! I recommend it!

Structure appreciable, quite clean (unfortunately some mosquito there), beautiful hold on the Campi Flegrei. Excellent internal organization. Average Food. I Don't know The prices as it was a wedding lunch.

Friendly staff. Terrace with breathtaking views. Well kept rooms. The Wellness area (Turkish bath and sauna) deserves more maintenance but the Jacuzzi placed in the most panoramic point of the terrace makes forget these read "imperfections". Recommended.

When you go to eat at the Seagull I tell you only one thing you never sbaglai excellent cuisine and service and a tremendous accuracy compliments. Today at lunch there was also a magician who made us some wonderful magic games a greeting to the owner Gianni and all the staff.

Hotel located at the top with breathtaking views: on one side the Gulf of Posillipo from the other one of Baia. Rooms in the standard (we speak of a 3 star) with some flaws: defective toilet seat and internal telephone not working. Staff at the reception friendly helpful and prepared. Excellent shuttle service available to the customers. Breakfast with sweets I would say great.

Wonderful place with a panoramic view to take your breath away.
The food is delicious and all the ingredients are fresh, the dishes are satisfying.
It offers a variety of dishes to envy to the starry restaurants.
The staff is competent and very polite, although the ambience may seem a tad elegant in fact it will seem very cozy and familiar.
The proximity to Campi Flegrei can be an incentive to spend a cultural day seen the many sites nearby, combining to a tasty dinner or lunch at the Seagull.
I think anyone who steps into this restaurant will not be able to do without returning.

Great place, I loved the jacuzzi where u can enjoy a stunning view while relaxing with some great jazz music. Haven't tried the food onestley, but if it taste like it smells than it would be amazing.

Good value for money here. The breakfast was not super though, service could have been a bit more attentive. However, overall not bad.

A month ago, not now! We went back just a month later and I must say the quality has subsided a lot! cold shower water, ants in the room, dirty yellow water Jacuzzi, internet not working. All this without even a minimum discount. Will never go there again.

Absolutely amazing food all very good quality service.

Very friendly staff and so accommodating to providing a play pen/ crib for our baby while staying there. Only issue was the bed my husband and I slept on. The mattress and pillows were really stiff (for those that like hard beds it'll be perfect I personally like soft beds) our baby is a very light sleeper so getting into our bed, let alone moving once in it when she was asleep was tricky in itself trying not to wake her because the bed was so loud and squeaky. I had to resort to squishing in my 6yr olds cot bed with her one night because attempting to get back into my bed kept waking our baby. Other than that it was a nice stay and again all employees were so friendly that the sleeping issue hadn't ruined our trip.
