Many praise the employees for their professionalism, politeness, and hospitality, particularly highlighting Anna and Sofia from the breakfast area for their kindness and patience. However, there are also extremely negative reviews regarding rudeness, a lack of empathy during family emergencies, and a reluctance of staff to take responsibility for malfunctions. There were also complaints about slow check-in when rooms were not ready by the promised time.

Breakfasts at the hotel are viewed inconsistently. Many guests are delighted by the variety of dishes, noting the availability of fresh fruit, yogurts, homemade sweets, pastries, and hearty options. Some describe the breakfasts as excellent and tasty, while others call them mediocre or even "disgusting." Issues with the quality of coffee service and staff irritability in the dining area were also mentioned.

The condition of the rooms is a subject of much debate. Some guests find the furniture elegant, albeit dated, and the foam mattresses and pillows to be very comfortable. Others describe the interior as "80s style" and complain about extremely uncomfortable beds, comparing them to stones. There are reports of malfunctions: leaking toilet tanks, broken shower mixers, broken wardrobes, and faulty air conditioners.

The level of cleanliness at the hotel is extremely inconsistent. Some visitors report impeccable cleanliness and daily towel changes. At the same time, other guests report serious issues: dust on terraces, sand in the sheets, hair on pillows, and stains on the bed linen. Mentions of insects, including ants and large cockroaches in the rooms, are of particular concern.

The technical condition of the hotel's systems has drawn serious criticism. Guests reported instances of no hot water and unstable power supply when the hotel switched to a generator. There were complaints about air conditioners that either leaked or could not be turned off via remote control, requiring disconnection via the electric meter. An unpleasant smell of smoke permeating the curtains and the atmosphere in some rooms was also mentioned.

The hotel provides an elevator; however, its operation can be unstable. One guest reported a highly dangerous incident where his wife and child became trapped in the elevator while the hotel was running on generator power. This caused significant stress and dissatisfaction with the safety quality of the facility.
