Beautiful luxury hotel. Incredible location and view. Impeccable service. The rooms are not there up to the price.
My advice: come for lunch, dinner or a drink.

This is certainly the highlight to any visit to Ravello. It’s gardens Arlene beautiful and the views of the Amalfi Coast are amazing. Plan to spend an hour or 2 here roaming around and discovering all of the cool views located around the property.

Beautiful day spent in Ravello. We were in Villa Cimbrione and it was an exciting experience. The terrace of infinity is to take your breath away. I recommend to all those who want to go to Ravello, the favor of the Amalfi coast, to visit it.

The garden is a great place to visit in April/May because wisteria is blooming. Entrance fee is 7 eur. It offers a terrace with a beautiful view over the sea. However the garden is not well kept and many sculptures and infrastructure should be repaired.

Ravello is quite possibly the most beautiful place I have been to and one of my favourite stops is for lunch at the Villa Cimbrone. The views are spectacular, the food good, the staff friendly. The walk out here is lovely and so is the walk around the famous gardens. The hotel looks like a great spot for a tranquil treat.

Beautiful gardens. Amazing views. Takes approximately one to two hours to completely walk through. Several areas are only for hotel guests. Costed 7 euro to enter. Worth it for the views alone. Make sure to go on a clear day otherwise views will become obscured.

Let yourself be swept away by this heavenly place. We visited the villa on a sunny day and not full of tourists. The view from the Piazzale of Infinity is remarkable, but the whole villa will be carved in the heart. Worth the price of the ticket.

The place is beautiful. In a very special atmosphere, you are invited to stroll through these gardens. Superb! The view is stunning on the Amalfi coast.
It is better to go in the morning to avoid busy hours.

Visit the gardens only, splendid with a magnificent view of the sea. Difficult access by road from Naples but helipad.

Magnificent villa, visited during an event. Nice garden and breathtaking views, the rooms really worthy of note and the restaurant with fantastic offers. I had no way to verify the price, but the quality is high.

If you go to Ravello you must go to see Villa Cimbrone… it is as if you go to Rome and do not go to see the Colosseum or the Vatican or the Trevi fountain.
You have to go there for his gardens but especially for his terrace of Infinity.
It gives you a spectacular view that leaves you breathless for its beauty and because it makes you feel almost like a bird that sees everything from above.

Worth getting 30 minutes walk to get there, and a paradise.

A lovely, you can not add nothing else. Very large villa with views remain etched forever. Admission 7 euros per person and group discounts, from 9:00 to 19:00.

Very nice and big, it costs 7 euro per person (in my opinion excessive) and only offers a stroll through the villa where there are trees, plants and flowers (of course it is recommended to go after in the spring or summer would otherwise have not yet bloomed all plants) and a view of the panorama of the Amalfi Coast.

I will never forget this visit, I asked my partner for marriage, on that terrace, with the best views that you can have.

A wonderful enclave essential if you visit the Amalfi Coast. A place that brings us back to other times and that allows us one of the best views of the Mediterranean.

View from end terrace is really the best view in the world, like guides say. Gardens are very nice, however Villa Rufolo has nicer gardens (nice to be spoiled for top class choice). Hotel is just expensive wedding venue, usually with a lot of noise in overpriced rooms from next door weddings. End terrace (terrace of infinity) must be seen in sunshine and blue ski to admire the best view in the world!

Watch out in case you are planing your wedding there! They are not only hiding plenty of costs but they are also totally unflexible. They will ripp you off step by step. More to come…

TRAVELLER: AVOID THIS PLACE! We booked a two night stay at Villa Cimbrone in a Junior Suite, for the princely sum of €1, 090 (US$1, 300) per night. So it’s not exactly what you’d call cheap, at least not in terms of their pricing. In their confirmation email, they made the bland statement “Events could take place on our premises (gardens and Villa) ; therefore, entertainment music could be playing until 00:30a. M. ”. They make much of this vague-sounding general statement in an effort to excuse what is completely inexcusable. When we checked into our fancy, overpriced suite, they certainly didn’t tell us that they had also planned a large wedding party in the space directly below our room, featuring loud (and alas, not very good) music, going on until midnight. If they had been honest with us about their plans, we certainly would not have accepted the room, at any price. Of course, they knew that too, so they chose the commercially expedient route which was simply to conceal their intentions from us. Starting about 1:00 pm in the afternoon the next day, the wedding festivities started up in the hallway right outside our room, where the wedding party took photos of everyone involved, prettied up the bridesmaids, and conversed with each other in loud voices through the entire afternoon. We finally fled the room at about 3 pm to get away from the racket.

Villa Cimbrone in Ravello is a place full of charm and highly suggestive for its architecture, the gardens, the terrace overlooking the sea. Not to be missed.

Beautiful tourist site with peaceful gardens and spectacular views — better even than Villa Rufolo in my opinion. Bar makes mean cocktails as well, if a little pricey. Well worth a visit.

Stunning views in a nice garden. Ravello definitely our favourite place to visit. A little more authentic Italian and lovely to sip a coffee in the piazza and watch the locsls enjoying their day.

Unique site but rather old hotel. The gardens are impressive but you can always visit them while being at one of the newest hotels. The pool is from the 70s and the overal furniture is really old style, but not antique. A renovation is mandatory.

Really beautiful The complex consists of the main building and its secular park of about six hectares. Affordable Price (7.00 Euro the whole ticket) The villa can be visited from 9:00 until sunset. The path is characteristic, we depart from the cloister site on the left of the entrance, then you go through the avenue of the immense until you reach the terrace of infinity adorned with eighteenth century marble busts. Spectacular view of the Amalfi Coast. Also worth mentioning is the terrace of roses and the avenue of hydrangeas with a precious representation of the victorious David of Donatello.

Had a room with the balcony on the roof. Exceptional views. Pool was great and ended up spending lots of time by it. Staff was cordial. The location is the true driver for going here.

A lovely and immense garden, a true paradise. Flowers and plants with the most variegated colours together with Greek-Roman sculptures and statues that give an unmistakably Mediterranean touch.

Amazeballs — the most beautiful place. I'm a tight arse but glad I paid to go in.

Breathtaking view. Definitely a couples resort. Great food and surprisingly an amazing cocktail menu. Perfect weekend retreat. Proposal friendly.

I highly recommend visiting this villa. It's one of the top destinations in Ravelo. It offers a great look into the classical architecture of Italy. In addition, the gardens are vast and beautiful. Finally, there are plenty of photo opportunities throughout.

Amazing location! Please be prepared to give it enough time. Entrance fee, but the view from the observation deck of the garden is more expensive than you have for input, believe me! I suspect that from here you can watch the stunning sunset first, after wandering through the many paths surrounded by greenery.

The gardens are wonderful. We went in early June. Views from the balcony are the bluest we have seen on the coast! Must do.

Reach Ravello is not simple but the effort is fully rewarded by the splendid views, small shops and especially from villa Cimbrone. Beautiful gardens which is always a pleasure to see during the flowering period. You have to go there to understand.

Place simply magnificent!

It's tucked away in a corner of Ravello that is so peaceful and beautiful. The gardens are a lovely place to wander and soak up the atmosphere. Views are stunning! We had an aperitivo in the adjoining hotel bar — very chi chi so expect to pay a bit more, but definitely worth it for the service and views.

Unique experience. The villa is fantastically old and steeped in history. The grounds are fabulous and the views are stunning, literally. The rooms are not the finest you will ever stay in but the experience overall is excellent. Access to the cimbrone gardens after the public has left is worth the price in its own Dinner at flaute de pan was incredible also.

Villa and grounds are situated on a rocky promontory overlooking the Amalfi coast offering lovely views.
Inside the villa there is a 5 stars; the extensive garden is open to the public and can be visited for a fee.

Nothing is random. Every step in the Park has a precise because as each flower, plant, stone. The show is unique. Unmissable.

The gardens are really beautiful. You can enjoy a nice walk around and have an amazing view of Ravello and the coast. The attraction costs 7 euros and you can only access it by foot (nothing really hard). Worth spending a couple of hours on it.

We stayed in the villa not the hotel adjacent. The villa is huge although it has several interesting points the best has to be the view of the coastline and the sea from the area most distant from the villa. Make sure to go to this place if you visit the villa.

Such a venue… it made a wonderful wedding unforgettable.

I was there on 16 may, the side facing the Sea offers a unique viewpoint but the grounds are not up to much cared except the adjoining hotel. The price paid is € 7 per person … But the thing that impressed me was the price of a coke and a juice bought in the bar this … £ 7 … You know, if you want to see a unique landscape is good to go but bring a drink … DO NOT GO to that BAR.

Beautiful place to stay or eat or visit. Absolutely gorgeous views and photo sites.

Sublime from appetizer to desert. This is a dining experience you'll never forget. The service was impeccable, the food was beautifully presented, well seasoned and tasted fabulous. The local wine was very nice too. The place is like a fairy tale. They really earned their Michelin star.
