My parents had booked to stay at Panorama Hotel and their reservation was cancelled with no explanation and despite this the new ventures being promoted. Hotels are 3 times the price now, meaning they have to cancel their trip and lose their flights. Something not right here…
I have to say I think it's really disgusting how you have just washed your hands of Hotel Panorama/ Santa Tecla Apartments and have cancelled all reservations which had been made in good faith for the upcoming season but are instead promoting your new venture on what was originally the FB page of Hotel Panorama — which there is no mention of now whatsoever.
No offer of transferring reservations over or offering a discount as a goodwill gesture — instead all other accommodations nearby prices have shot up or are fully booked leaving customers with no option but to cancel their trip & lose out on the cost of their flights.
I'm very glad it's not this year we had our wedding party booked to stay at the Panorama Hotel otherwise we'd be in a huge mess… as I'm sure many others are now. Very disappointing as we would happily have returned to Panorama Group accommodation but will now avoid as I wouldn't want to risk this happening again!

Reviews that predate 2017 do not reflect what had happened to what was a fantastic gem of a hotel with amazing staff — also no longer there. AND, trying to get answers on their status, availability and ridiculous prices fall on deaf ears. Shameful. Travellers beware.
